Let me start by saying this has been my favorite spot i have stayed at so far. The little house like setting. The kids loved the bunk beds. It was so convenient to have a water hose right in front to wash out all the items be brought back form the beach. THE POOL WAS AMAZING! it had a small kiddy section and then the big pool. We didnt want to leave. Over all we will be staying here again.

Everything was awesome! There are 2 different pools to go to. The beach is a short walk or drive. We had some trouble connecting to the internet initially, but Randy was fast to help us get it going again. Great location! We will be back again for sure!

The place is pretty new and had plenty of space for our family of four. Walking distance to the beach although we bought a very affordable annual vehicle permit to carry canopy & chairs. Would have been nice to know the playground was closed for renovations. Overall great stay, though!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was extremely clean and well kept. It exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended. It is just around the corner from the beach but very quiet so you get great rest. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely rent this one again.

This condo was super cute, VERY clean and had everything you needed. Walking distance to the beach and two pools that my kids loved. Definitely a 10/10. We will be staying here again.

We have stayed at this condo a few times and love it! It has everything you need, spacious. Great appliances, plenty of sitting space and beds are very comfortable. Close to pool and beach, great location. We will be back again!

We've stayed in this complex before. Here are a few reasons why we like it: -Its a great location and very close to the beach -Has two pools -Perfect size for a family of 5 -Unit had child plates, cups, toys, etc. -Plenty of blankets and pillows We were a little disappointed with this unit for the following reasons: -Hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen was just water -There was still a load of laundry in the washing machine -We found hair in the fridge and on a couple of the bed pillows -When taking a shower, half the water still comes out of the faucet -AC doesn't work great in the afternoons/evenings -Overall the "cleaning" felt like it was rushed (even though they charge $25/hour for excess cleaning needed). -Smoke detector was going off at 3am for no reason (not sure if this is because the units are all connected)

It was nice at first but there was no binder of info, so i had to be contacting the property manager. It was unclear where the pool was because there was 2 of them. So we used the small pool that was further away twice before figuring out there was a bigger one closer. The instructions said the pool was behind us and the bigger pool was not behind us, it was in front of us. I must say that the cleanliness of the place was not good. The main rug sheds really bad. We only stayed there and went nowhere. The day after we left everyone got Covid-19. As hotel services are concerned, they must have more professional or industrial grade cleaners and disinfectants, as well as a little team cleaning the rooms. Here there is no one to adhere to with sanitation. I will not be wasting my money on a condo with fees and cleaning fees again. I prefer a hotel suite from now on.

This condo was just exactly what was portrayed. It was one block from the beach. I’m was extremely clean, well stocked and comfortable. The host was easy to reach. If you are needed a great place to stay then this condo is for you.

Stayed for a long weekend with friends, the condo was larger than it appeared in the photos. Super clean, walking distance to the beach and access to two heated pools. Would recommend!

We came to Corpus Christi for an extended weekend getaway. The place was clean and comfortable. Each sleeping spot was comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. Very modern inside and the beach was only a short walk away. Easy access into the condo. So per convenient to shopping and restaurants too. Will stay here again for certain.

Great location, short walk to the beach. Great having plenty of room for my me and my husband and our four kids to sleep but still be close together. Great having plenty of dishes to use as well as the clothes washer and dryer. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool. Plan to stay here again in the future.

The condo is super cute and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. Never going back to a hotel! The only thing I would say is the master bedroom mattress sinks quite a bit. My back hurt in the morning. Other than that everything is perfect.
