From the moment we arrived, our hosts ( Loan and Lewis) were attentive to our every need. The condo was appointed with more than just the basics for a comfortable stay and whenever I had a question or request they responded immediately. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts!

This is such a great apartment. It has everything and is well stocked. It had Christmas decorations which made it very special. The location is perfect with walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. The private parking spot across the road is amazing. No need to look for parking. As it is in the middle of the city, do expect some noise at night.

Our group of five adults enjoyed an amazing eight days at this condo near Waikiki Beach in Honolulu. The property manager, Loan, was very quick to respond to our calls when we lost power (due to an explosion of faulty electrical equipment across the street within minutes of our arrival), and when the spring on our door broke she sent a maintance man who responded within an hour. The lanai was a great place to sit and watch people each day, and many places to eat, shop, and enjoy were within walking distance.

We loved the location. Very close to everything around Waikiki. The apartment was very nice and communication with the owner was great. The building itself was dated but functional. The apartment was well stocked.

The apartment was spacious enough for 5 of us. The apartment is a little dated but comfortable. There is a 7-eleven nearby for little things and a food truck park a block away with all types of food. Also if you go over the bridge across the canal is a small strip mall that has good eats too and of course Waikiki Beach. The Duke Paoa Kahanamoku Statue is about 11 mins walk and there are all kinds of restaurants there. The Ala Moana Center Mall is also within walking distance. We had a car that allowed us a little more flexibility. However, renting away from the airport was cheaper than at the airport. There is a Costco about 20 mins away where we did our food shopping for the week to cut down eating out costs so don't forget your membership card. The laundry was $6 for washer and dryer together. The machine is a good size so you can fit quite a bit of clothes. Folks complained about the air conditioner not working well but we found opening the windows and the lanai allowed a nice breeze to flow through and we barely used the air conditioner. Otherwise, each bedroom has an additional portable air conditioner to cool off for the evening. The parking is located in the building across the street but is included with the rental and a lifesaver for not having to find street-metered parking. The building has a pool but there is so much to do that we barely used it. We did not see an issue with cockroaches but we made sure to take out the garbage every day. Overall great stay.

Loan was great to deal with, description was pretty accurate. Well stocked condo. Location was central to all Waikiki amenities and attractions. Definitely very noisy location, especially at night. A lot of loud vehicles and people at all hours of the night.

Great Place, Great Location!
Perfect location for our family vacation. Great little coffee shop next door and within walking distance to all our attractions in waikiki. The condo was exactly what we wanted, well stocked, plenty of the extras that we needed. Communication was detailed with all the information to make checking in/out easy. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

First, Loan was amazing on communications. VERY quick responses, perfectly laid out instructions for check in and out, very accommodating. There were lots of towels (bath and beach), everything you could possibly want for the beach, and lots of supplies. It's obvious she stocks it, but also nice that she leaves "leftovers" from previous guests. Saved me having to go hunt down laundry detergent! The laundry was clean, ran by CC or an app. Parking spot very convenient.
The building was an older building (built in 1971). You'll never get lost though because it's the 16-story building with a Whale mural on it! You could see signs of age, especially in the lobby and halls, although you regularly saw workers vacuuming the halls and cleaning the pool area. The main areas of our apartment were clean (the patio door was perfect). It could use a good Spring cleaning (corners, baseboards, light fixtures, blinds). Lanai was nice with a good view of the canal, but no beach view. Definitely a very busy, very loud street directly below. Nice walk along the canal, or there is a more direct street right to the beach. 10 min walk for us.
Another reviewer commented on the smell of cigarette smoke. That was an issue for us too. When you first turned on the AC, it was overwhelming. We ran it for a little while with windows open, but it never went away entirely. Loan had air cleaner units, and she did get signs put up in the building for no-smoking after we left. Unfortunately, we happen to be pretty sensitive to the smell, so that part wasn't great.

Best host ever!
Loan was so gracious and amazing in her communication. Definitely felt like she went above and beyond her duties as a host.
For example, we accident booked a day short and even though we couldn’t extend our stay because it was already booked she took the effort to look for accommodations outside of her place for us! The condo had all the supplies we needed, and more such as beach chairs and beach towels. The washing machine was close by, and credit card only. The only issue, and this couldn’t be helped because of the building layout, the head system was central so the vacation rental next to us (not Loans) were smokers and so every time we turn the AC, we got their second hand smoke. Not a problem, we just created a cross draft by opening up the front door and/or balcony door.

A full kitchen was great for cooking meals and a dining area allowed us to eat as a family. The balcony was great to sit on and relax and enjoy the weather. The pool isn’t huge but was rarely ever occupied so we were able to enjoy it peacefully. Overall a great condo and I would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a good location and is exactly as the listing describes it to be. Loan is an excellent host and is great at communicating and answering questions. As others have described, the parking spot is a bit hard to find initially. However, once you find it the first time its not an issue at all.

Well stocked with necessities plus beach supplies.
Close to Waikiki Beach! Parking is close by. Recommend ear plugs for road noise. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to cook in. Which we did. Communication was great with host.

First time in Hawaii and we stayed for a week. Loan's condo was very comfortable, she responded quickly to any questions we had and the location was in the center of everything we wanted to do so this was PERFECT for our group. It IS located on a fairly busy Waikiki street though so not for light sleepers or they should sleep in the room with double beds. Would totally rent again!

Location is the biggest plus, but because one is staying in Waikiki, the traffic noise could be a bother. Loan provided more than we have seen in any rental home. The bathroom and kitchen were all stocked up. She was very responsive to our "complaint" that the microwave oven did not work well and replaced it with a new one. I asked whether the house has a laundry basket, and she provided me two new ones. :) I requested whether we could stay a bit longer (because our flight departed in the evening) and she kindly allowed. I wish I could write how warm Loan has been.
