The communication from Christian in WinToWin was really excellent and it was easy to check in and out and get information. The location was great, just 5 minutes walk from the beach and with a great, safe pool. It is a quieter part of the coast but there are some good beach clubs - Siroko Beach and Da Sergio, and you can go to Marbella town for more restaurants. The house was well stocked and clean. Aircon was perfect and it is a quiet street near to shops and the bus into Marbella. WIFI was strong. There is a good market and a Lidl 15 minutes walk away and a smaller supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, Chinese restaurant and tourist shop 5 minutes walk away. Marbella town is just 20 minutes away on the number 6 bus, the bus stop is 5 minutes from the house.

Very minor issues - The remote control for the TV is broken/damaged and really should be replaced. Local TV stations weren't tuned in properly (but we mostly watched Netflix anyway). Everything else was great!

Great location close to the beach and loved the pool area, excellent communication from the host, comfortable beds.

It would have been good to have a few basic supplies for cooking such as salt & pepper, oil, etc. We were also disappointed that the garden wasn't very usable with young children.

Great location within a few minutes walk from the beach. Bus to city centre is very close by. Good local supermarkets.

The door locking mechanism is difficult to open without the phone link. It took a while for hot water to come through, so much so that a couple of people in our party didn't think we had hot water at all!

Enough space in the house, a private backyard and a good kitchen. The owner is very helpful in anything you ask.

The beds aren't comfortable. The shower doesn't have a very powerful stream. The beds at the shared pool look like a 100 years old with some strange stains.

We stayed at the townhouse for a weekend with friends. We were delayed at the airport but our host Carlos was very flexible about meeting us at the townhouse later. Carlos was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, many thanks! We found the townhouse fully equiped for our needs and 5 stars for cleanliness.

A lovely quaint family townhouse that’s sits quietly next to the beach and a lovely Chiringuito … It’s also although on a busy road very close to the 2 local supermarkets all within walking distance The house itself is peaceful clean and has lots of comfort , Beds super soft and a lovely view from the main bedroom of the gardens below .. It’s a cute and comfortable family space … A perfect little beach getaway .

It’s a long drive into the main spots .. eg shopping mall say Le Canada for instance is a 20 minute drive , Also there’s not that much around in the area Pref better with Car unless your having a beach holiday

Beds too soft, bed linens sinthetic, no direct sun light, first floor was cold (a/c was not enough to warm the while first floor), dining table sticky (unpleasant to use)
