Warm welcome from Laura who is always available to help and making sure we are having a great stay! Family room was amazing, lots of space (walk in closet) and large bathroom. Parking available walking distance for 10 euros per day.

What a pleasure to arrive here: Beautiful rooms, spacious bathroom, a balcony for outselves - and if you wanted even more space: the terrace on the 3rd floor overlooking Grado in company of squeaking seagulls. Hosts are ever so friendly and you can ask anything anytime! One minute to city centre, two minutes to the beach. Parking available (€10 a day) or look for parking on the street (blue stripes - €6 a day). I definitely will be back

The best pillow I've ever slept

Beautiful and with a lot of love designed rooms, amazing rooftop terrace and very nice staff. The croissants that are served in the morning are delicious

Laura could not have been more accommodating and kind. The room was immaculate, the morning custard creme croissants delicious, and the special touches made our stay simply perfect.

For a weekend or stopover it's a great accommodation option in Grado. There is a small balcony which is also nice. Quiet street, central location, room and bathroom recently refurnished, underground parking place available nearby

the place is very correct, nothing to complain about. We traveled with 2 kids and had the family room - the size is OK for spending the night but if someone wants to stay-in, it is too small for that. There is breakfast available but it is something to take upstairs into the room - and in Italy I prefer taking a real Italian coffee, not the one that comes from the small capsule-machine. Otherwise everything good: kind hosts, clean room and all in the hearth of Grado

Everything was superb.

We stayed two nights in Grado in October, a very peaceful time of year. Laura and Christian have a modern, beautiful, clean, central place to stay. They are friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. An excellent, freshly made cornetto was delivered in the morning. The free use of the bicycles was wonderful. We biked all around Grado with hardly a soul on the paths. Grado is all about fish and we sampled two delicious boretos, a local fish stew, including one at Laura and Christian’s Spaghetti House. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice place with a very helpful and charming host. Nice rooms and good location and the restaurant (which is a few hundred meters away in the main center) is highl recommended.

Very cute decor, great location, freshly renovated - stands out a lot from the other 70s hotels in the Grado area! The rooms are very clean and many have a small balcony to enjoy your light breakfast offered by the B&B. I would recommend this 100% to anyone!

Everything, really a nice place to visit Grado and stay comfortably. It’s clean, nice, modern and stylish at the same time and all is prepared in great detail.

Breakfast is included but limited to a coffee, a cornetto and a bitter orange juice. While still very nice, it’s unclear if this policy was because of COVID-19 or was the standard one.

Parking possible in the garage for 10eur per day. Crossaint gratis in the morning. Coffee maker in the room. Roof terrasse excellent. Room is not big, but enough big for 2 persons for couple of days. Close to the main beach. Bicycles gratis to use. Good mattress, rather hard, but pleasant hard. Mosquito nets on the balcony door. AC in the room.

Shaky bed. I wanted to use 2 towels in the bathroom, on both were black hair on it (and our hairs are not black at all). I haven't tried to use the third one ... :) Found two (clothes) moths in the room, I killed them.

Perfect Room with everything you need, very clean, luxurious bathroom and Laura is very nice and helps with anything you need. Bicycles are available to borrow which is very convenient to get around Grado. We had a great time! :-)
