So great and we have a lot to compare to as we rent a lot of VRBO's and places from the other vacation rental company that starts with Air*** First of all this unit was a better rate than a lot of similar units so great value. We loved that both rooms had king beds (not easy to find) as we were two adult couples staying in the in condo. Both beds were very comfortable and we all had GREAT sleeps!! Do not underestimate how VERY MUCH you will LOVE the great (and well furnished) balcony and view - this is definitely where we spent most of our time when at the unit! You can hear the ocean waves and it is so nice to have the ocean air coming into the suite. Do not even consider a unit with a lesser view when you can get this! Another pleasant surprise was the responsiveness of the management company. We had a few requests (for example one of the beach chairs and the beach umbrella had been broken by previous renters) and they were very quick to respond and bring us replacements which we were very appreciative of!! The pool was heated and a great temperature - we did not think we would use it but we did after coming back from the beach. The ocean water at the beach was so warm (even in October and after a hurricane) and direct access to the beach was so convenient. We loved being near the pier (with the good waves for surfing, boogie boarding & body surfing), being near to so many great restaurants, mini golf, Publix grocery store just across the street, etc. Also great kitchen (with all you need), covered parking, tennis courts, elevator, and the list goes on. Get this place - it really is much better than other places we stayed previously at Cocoa Beach!!

Beautiful location, with supper simple arrival and check out process. Stunning morning sunrise views! Only 3 steps from the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk, surfing, and so much more. The private beach access was a surprisingly useful, having a raised platform away from anymore sand to wash your feet was a dream and kept the car clean. Pool was also clean and a perfect temp! 10/10 would recommend

This is a great condo!! We loved it !! Location is great, you can walk and get basically anything you need. Condo is very well equipped, clean and has a breath taking view. The check-in process couldn't be any simpler. We look forward to staying here in the future!!!

We've come to this building numerous times, but this is the first in this unit. It's likely the nicest we've stayed at in the building. great access to the ocean, pool and pier. We'll definitely be back to the building, and if this unit is available on our dates we'll happily rebook. Thanks for a great stay.

The location is Great! You can walk/ride bikes to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, the one of a kind Ron Jon Surf Shop, mini golf, restaurants etc. Publix grocery is right across the highway. The views are amazing! You can see the pier, beach, pool, and the cruise ships coming and going. The cruise ships are awesome at night all lit up. We appreciate the assigned covered parking steps from the elevators. The condo is on 4th floor just steps from the elevators and next to laundry area. Very convenient. The condo is spacious and I like there is plenty of seating. The dining seats six and also has 3 bar stools. The pool is large and has plenty of loungers and table and chairs and restrooms. The beach walkover is gated with code given only to residents and guests. Has area to wash sandy feet and beach equipment. We also seen a tennis court but we did not use. We had a great stay!

This is a must stay at place! We were blown away by this property! There was a little confusion at first about checking in because I didn’t get a email with all the info to get in but the host responded quickly to get it figured out! Thank you so much for this amazing place! I already want to plan the next vacation here!

Beware of the Cocoa Beach Best Vacation Rentals Management Company handling this property or any others on VRBO. It saddens me to draft this negative review, but ethically for other travelers, I have no choice. Although the setting is amazing and the condo was very nice, upon our arrival for a week, the pool was broken and we were never advised. We understand things happen but how it was handled was the concern. We made sure we rented a property with a heated pool as our 8 yr old son loves to swim and we knew the ocean is cold this time of year. This is a big perk as we come from WI. It wasn’t until day 3 of 7 we finally asked a service man by the pool what was happening. They explained the heater broke. We contacted Marla from Cocoa Beach Best hoping for other options to swim as they manage several properties. She did not respond until I reached out a second time on day 4. Then she said she would check with the owners about a solution. We never heard back from her the rest of the week. We drove 2 hours south to Boca for a day to swim where the ocean was a bit warmer. I had to contact her multiple times once we arrived home about the unresolved amenity we ensured we had and never received. No response again. I finally emailed that I planned to contact the owners directly to explain her lack of responsiveness and she finally replied that the owners had Covid so they were slow to respond. Wanting to be reasonable in case this allegation was true, I waited five more days and had to follow up again. We do not vacation but once every three years. We did not appreciate how they ignored us, then made excuses while having the opportunity to just make it right. I waited as long as I could to draft this review in hopes they would be reasonable with a resolve. I feel terrible for the owners, Tom and Lennie, as they have a nice property but this management company will continue to cost them business over time. I am mailing the owners a complete account of the correspondence from our stay so they are accurately informed of who is managing their property.

Great ocean views from the living room and balcony! Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Walking distance to grocery store and a few good casual restaurants. Short drive to many more. We loved Cocoa Beach and this unit, and look forward to a return visit.

Could not be happier with all aspects of the property and the unit. Steps away from a quiet and beautiful beach. Huge, sparkling pool that can accommodate multiple families comfortably. Reasonable quiet hours so that all are respected. The unit was delivered as advertised. Extremely happy with the entire experience.

Cocoa Beach Towers is a great condo for a family vacation. Condo was very spacious, clean and up to date. Only complaint was the pool closes too early in the evening. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Cancelled a/c coronavirus and rescheduled.

My one and only complaint was how hard the bed was (in bedroom with bunk beds). Didn't sleep too well because of the hardness. But aside from that, CLEAN condo, even the balcony was spotless (lovely to sit out on all the time too!) Thankfully washer/dryer is right next door (at a cost) as we needed more clean towels throughout the week. Just a nice condo overall. Would stay here again.

We had a great time staying in your condo. Being on the beach for Christmas was magical. Thank you for opening your home to us. We had easy access to Orlando, the Kennedy Space Center and visiting the manatee. If I were to make any recommendations it would be just two small suggestions: there needs to be something under the curtains in the front bedroom to keep others from being able to see in, perhaps blinds or a pull down shade. The king bed in that room is also a little stiff. The king bed in the master room was much more comfortable.

The condo was quite comfortable during our stay. The location is wonderful! Cocoa Beach Towers is well kept and maintained. There are a few maintenance items in the condo that need addressing, which we reported to VRBO and the maintenance email that was provided.

Property was in a great location with a nice view. Enjoyed waking up and seeing the ocean. Balcony was nice to sit on and a good size. Assigned covered parking spot was also a nice feature. Could use a good deep cleaning. Ceiling fans were covered in dust. Would have been nice to have a some paper towel/napkins when we arrived (we picked some up and left for the next person). Cabinetry in the kitchen was showing age, silverware drawer slide was broken. Overall a pretty nice place to stay.

This property is in walking distance to restaurants and stores.. very nice, it is well maintained and secure. Condo is clean and has about everything you may need . The sunrises on the balcony are amazing, the overall view makes it hard to leave.
