Good localization, working tv with lot of programms

Unpleasant small in the bathroom, huge humidity on the bathroom ceiling (pieces of ceiling were hang off, leaky washbasin, also towels and sheets did not smell good

Friendly staff, nice view and balcony, cleanliness

Poor location (hard to address, dogs barking outside the entire night), no signs (hotel name and even room numbers), unfinished rooms (hot water not available at the beginning), no reception, no hotel card!

Honestly, I liked everything, from a super friendly and fast check-in to, extremely welcoming manager and staff in general. The rooms are superb at a 4-star level, extremely comfortable, and big beds and a great bathroom with a great shower cabin and a balcony with a great view of the Black Sea and Batumi's skyline! Highly recommendable as on top great price and excellent breakfast included in the price. Fantastic!!!

I liked everything. I would like to mention that the kitchen was very comfortable and we could use it freely. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I'll be back next year.

This is a wonderful place. I want to thank the staff and simultaneously recommend all the visitors to spend their holiday specifically at this hotel. Moreover, I want to share my expressions regarding the tour organized by the manager of the hotel namely Gena who is one of the kindest persons I have met in my entire life. Location and rooms great, it's 3 minutes away from Beach, and everything is near to you, little grocery store, pharmacy, ATM, restaurant, Beach Cafe's, railway station, bus stop and Batumi is about 4 miles away. very clean and quiet place. Hostess in hotel is amazing people, they are ready to help you 24/7 in anything. Generally speaking, Hotel Perla del Mar is great place to have a vocation, clean, quiet and nice place.

Nothing special, only is hotel is not finished yet but I hope when it will be done everything will be perfect and whatever is finished it looks perfect.
