The property was exactly what we needed. Coffee bar was nicely stocked and the entire home was clean and nicely decorated! The owner was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

I stayed at this property in February. This house is located in quiet, residential neighborhood very conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants. House is newly remodeled and to my surprise was quite large. It was very clean and very well stocked. For people that drink coffee there was whole area in the kitchen dedicated just for it. All 3 bedrooms were nicely appointed and spacious. There was small, gated patio right off the master bathroom, nice space for kids to play. Mike was very professional and attentive host. I felt very comfortable and safe staying there with 2 year old. Having full size washer and drive was a big plus for me. Definitely would like to return to his rental.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, cozy and quiet. A home away from home! So much attention to detail from a fully stocked coffee bar, cold water in fridge and fresh linens. The fireplace was the cherry on top! Central location within a few miles of Beach and downtown Ventura. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Mike (owner) answered every question and was very easy to talk to and get ahold of. Place is clean and quiet and super cute!

The house was amazing. Completely redone and it looked brand new. It was meticulously cleaned and ready for my family just to come in and relax and enjoy our vacation. The host was great and easy to communicate with and even helped us out when we left something behind. The only small complaint we had was that we didn’t have a king bed in the master bedroom but overall the house worked out perfectly for us. Our friends and family were extremely impressed with the house and we will definitely stay here again when visiting Ventura!

We really enjoyed staying at this house in Ventura. The location off Telegraph worked great for us, as we were visiting family that lives close by. It is a quiet neat neighborhood. The house is very well updated and well appointed. The photos are exactly how lovely it is inside. The kitchen/dining area is spacious and was great for 6 of us to eat and play games. FYI, there are some really great restaurants nearby, even within walking distance (Rincon Brewey, the Lebanese Oven, La Parrilla, DV Mexican Grill, the donut place, and even a decently nice Denny's). The only thing that would make this house more perfect for me is a king size bed in the master. But that's no criticism, we knew the bed types when we booked, and it was exactly as listed. And the beds there were really, really comfortable, even for my picky husband with a not-great back. Thanks to the host, we would love to stay there again.

Mike's house was super clean and well stocked. My husband and I stayed for 10 days and had all we needed for the stay. The house was beautifully updated inside and out. In a quiet neighborhood.

Loved everything about our stay. Four adults and three children ages 8, 4 and 1. Was a little worried it would be too small, but we all had plenty of space. The house lay out had separation for all. The kitchen was bigger than it looks in the pictures which was a plus, and had everything we needed to cook meals. Loved the deco. Nice bathrooms with plenty of nice towels. Perfect location, close to everything. Mike was super accommodating.

In town for a family wedding, this rental was perfect for our party of six family members. The pictures very accurately represent how the house looks! It is located on a quiet street; well appointed with everything needed for your stay. It is comfortable with all the modern touches and upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. Stayed on the property for almost three months during our personal home remodel. Property was clean, fully furnished with everything we could have needed & more. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Mike was communicative and responded whenever we had a request or question. Would book again.
