We had a wonderful stay at Patti's place. Communication was perfect. Impeccably clean apartment and located one block from downtown. Two relaxing balconies, kitchen was well stocked, the bottle of wine was delicious. I will stay again if I am back in the area.

This apartment was perfect! Walking distance to the Apalachicola shops and restaurants. Super roomy, comfy, sparkling clean, and a nice view! The porch outside was our favorite part. Spent time out there relaxing, reading, and eating. It was stairs to carry luggage up but it was worth it. Had a fun guestbook to read everyone’s experiences here. Thanks Patti! Bonus the shop downstairs was fun too!

This place is great! It has two wonderful porches and is easy walking distance from downtown, the waterfront etc. We had an issue with the AC and the owners were on it immediately. They were so helpful and found us another place to stay while it was repaired. This has one and a half baths which would be really handy if you have another couple with you. The kitchen was beautiful with anything you could need. We loved our stay and I would highly recommend this location.Lisa
