No contact check in, fast response from the customer service any time of the day. Immediate solutions to issues relating to the room. The room is comfortable and large. Amenities are as described and properly maintained.
Noise from adjacent rooms even from another floor. A small walk to the nearest bus stop.

Staff were exceptionally supportive considering we slept in, they allowed us to stay in the room while they cleaned around our packing and cleaning. We worked together to clean up the room for the next guests in time for their check in. They were extremely polite and we felt genuinely appreciated for our stay at their site a 2nd time. Will definitely book again.
Small room. No ability to cook and not a fan of no tub. Although most facilities are opting to not have a tub shower combo anyway.

There was an air conditioner and it’s a nice property.
The room was not cleaned after the last visitor. It was also difficult to get in contact with the host. They cleaned it for us and left a sparkling wine. Unfortunately we had to go somewhere else while they cleaned up and we checked in much later than we would have preferred.

Nice refurbishment, spacious shower, plenty of space, table for dining/working, free washing machine and dryer, free parking, easy to find and well connected to most services in the area. There was dish soap and sponge, fridge and microwave. Nice and comfy for short stays.
Internet connection was unstable, which made communication difficult.

Extremely clean, also ran into the cleaning crew on our way out so I am happy to see this property was professionally cleaned. I booked multiple units for my friends and family and myself for one weekend and all of the units were wonderful and consistently clean. The pincode entry is very convenient as well. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Waterloo!
