La situation géographique au top, proche de tout. Appartement récent et spacieux (à deux) et bien équipé. Stationnement et stockage sécurisé pour ceux qui en ont besoin.

La taille de la douche mériterait un agrandissement, car aujourd'hui c'est trop juste pour les grands gabarits. En effet route assez roulante en matinée et fin de journée, heureusement pas une voiture la nuit.

Very well appointed modern flat in a good location, there’s a small sun balcony at the front with good views to Les Arcs. Washing machine which for us was very handy. Secure underground parking with relatively good sized space. There is a lift which helped with luggage. Property location is very convenient in the middle of Bourg.

Minor point but due to the arrangement of stairs and property security its a little bit of a faff getting in and out of the property but I doubt it would concern most folks and the security is good. There is no wi-Fi, not a big deal but unusual these days.

Excellent communication from host 100%. Cleanliness exceptional. Facilities Excellent Location great. If skiing multiple resorts it makes a great central location. especially if using public transport!! Would certainly revisit, even in summer time.. Welcome local beers were really appreciated after a long drive. Made a extra few days to our holiday really enjoyable.. Many thanks.

Superbly located Appartement with all necessary amenities including a large balcony and a parking lot, which came very useful in Bourg St. Maurice. The owners provided all necessary information beforehand and organized a smooth key transfer.

I would have appreciated a somewhat larger bed though the present one was good and is what you generally get in France.

Property is clean, quiet and modern, with lift and underground parking. Apartment had washing machine, dishwasher, tea/coffee, etc. Well-equipped kitchen. The location was very convenient to local shops and bakeries and a few minutes' walk to the funicular to les Arcs.

Host was not helpful at all. No internet. Beds a bit hard and sinister lighting.

Everything we were looking for (perfect location, new, clean and great host)

We were met at the station and driven to the appt, although close to the station and the funicular. Clean and new and a nice view of the mountains. We would definitely go there again.

Very nice apartment. New so everything was working and new. The heating system was difficult to control and the towel rail in the bathroom did not work, but minor inconvenience.

Lovely new self catering furnished apartment - every thing thought of and included. Host was very friendly and helpful. Brilliant location for the town & Mountains, Lidl supermarket 2 mins walk, and a 5-10 min walk to the station for the funicular transfer to ski resort. (We left our skis and boots in hired locker at top of funi station) Valuable underground Carparking space included, Would definitely recommend this apartment and host, and will stay here on my next visit.
