Our large family enjoyed this home with amazing beach views. We loved opening the large plantation shutters and letting the sunrise stream into the home. Coffee just tastes better while listening to the waves on a balcony that overlooks the beach.

The view was amazing and the location was excellent. Our family enjoyed celebrating my sister-in-laws 50th birthday and an early Christmas celebration. The condo lacked all of the normal comforts of others we have stayed at. No toilet paper, no trash bags, no spices, spare blankets, or remote controls for the TVs. It was as if an amazing condo was purchased specifically to turn profit without thoughts of the guest. The property agent did not email us the details until I called and did not respond to my inquiries.

Nice condo, on the beach, in a good location. Disappointed that wifi didn't work (as advertised). I called property management, but it was after hours and didn't think it qualified as an emergency. Also, tv's were difficult to figure out and we couldn't find some of the remotes. Got the one in the Great room to work but Spectrum offered limited channels without additional subscriptions. Also, 1 roll of paper towels (cheap ones), one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (also cheap stuff) and only 1 extra trash bag. Seriously?...there were 4 of us (one adult in each bedroom) for 5 nights. For what we paid (and the high quality condo and furnishings, seems kind of crazy to go cheap on these things. Need to upgrade and increase supply to fit number of guests to be consistent with the quality of the condo and the price we paid! Can't give it a 5 because of the stuff listed above.

I am very picky when renting vacation rental condo's. South Wind is by far the best condo's and why we Love this area of Myrtle Beach. Close to everything, from Mall shopping to grocery shopping. Favorite buffet is Crabby Mike's, a little drive to Surfside but well worth it. We have rented through Luxury Beach Rentals at least 4 times and never any issues, great customer service.

For my birthday we ended up having to move to a location that we did not book due to unforeseen circumstances. The sheets and shower curtain were dirty so we went to Walmart and grabbed our own. The location of the property was nice though, it was oceanfront and had a Starbucks across the street. Plenty of parking in the deck across the street, as well. There is a cute pool/lazy river area too.

We had a family of 8 people on this trip, this unit was fantastic. Equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities. Beds we comfortable and the unit is very well decorated and the layout is open and is great for families.

We had a family visit with our mother-in-law which is terminal with pancreatic cancer. This was an amazing home where we could all gather for this last time. It was fully stocked and felt like we were home. Besides one broken chair and a couple blind slats, it was in absolute perfect condition. The management response was super fast and they took care of anything that we needed addressed. We would definitely stay again.

This was our first time going to Myrtle Beach and we were looking for someplace quiet and on the beach. The condo fit the description perfectly and we had a wonderful stay here. I would come back and stay here in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The actual condo unit was great, remodeled, clean and stocked like they said it would be. It’s in a great location as well with a great ocean view. The only downfall is the condition of the building. When I walked into the building to get onto the elevator I was definitely nervous and skeptical because it just needs some updating and cleaning, but the pool area and actually condo unit was great and didn’t match the halls and elevator so that was good!

This is a corner apartment on the 3rd floor. The view is spectacular. The complex has an indoor pool, an outdoor pull, 2 hot tubs, and a "lazy river" which doesn't allow you to be too lazy as you have to push yourself. It's not a resort-type place but it's great for families and we had an amazing time.
The apartment itself is very spacious and has almost everything you might need. It does require a little TLC as there is some mold in the showers and a few things don't work as they should. We did call management a couple of times and they said they will send someone down, but no one came.
Overal it was a great stay and we all had an amazing time.

The room was ready prior to check in time. The room was clean and very well kept. The location was in a quiet and peaceful spot. Not too crowded. Room rate was incredible especially for the space you get! Overall would DEFINITELY recommend to all my friends and family!

We had a wonderful week staying at the South Wind on Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach. The accommodations were exactly what was presented on VRBO. Plenty of room for the 10 of us (8 adults and 2 kids) and we felt like it was a home away from home. Very clean and certainly had everything we needed to satisfy our vacation. Enjoyed our stay tremendously!!

Lovely holiday in Myrtle Beach. The condo is comfortable and the location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and golf. The internet is through the condo association and is not strong. Bring a Keurig coffee pot if that is your thing. Would return in a heart beat!

It was an excellent time away to celebrate our 5th anniversary. Condo was clean with a magnificent view. Very comfortable and more importantly, everything was as advertised. We were surprised when someone tried to enter and check on the place. The person left in a huff. Perhaps a phone call would have been more appropriate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! It worked perfectly for our family of 7...3 adult children, son-in-law, and 1 year old grandson. We arrived earlier than expected called ahead and was told unit was ready. We arrived 30 to 40 minutes later to find the condo not cleaned and a maintenance man doing work on the unit. He had no idea we were coming early( lack of communication). We then instructed the maintenance guy that we would come back at 4:00 when the unit is supposed to be ready. We arrived back at 4:30 to find the condo was not cleaned, beds we're made but had sand in the sheets so not sure they were washed. We spent the rest of the evening washing all the linens including bathroom towels. Went to use the dishes there was food stuck to several items not just silverware. Trash was left in several areas of the condo. Last but not least the cockroaches were very active through out the condo grounds. Lobby was never open the entire stay.

The rental was everything the pictures indicated!! It was absolutely beautiful, clean, modern, spacious, and well kept. The amenities were excellent and easy beach access. We needed an extra parking pass and had a slight leak in the laundry room and the maintenance crew was spot on!! I definitely give this unit 5 stars and will stay here again. Thanks so much!!
