The apartment was conveniently located just a short walk to the beach with easy access to shopping, dining and the train. The patio and private rooftop terrace were great places to relax at the end of the day and enjoy the beautiful views. Ati was a great host! The only thing that could be improved was the mattress. As other reviewers have mentioned, it was hard and uncomfortable. Overall, though, it was a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time there.

This top floor condo is beautiful with its 2 level balcony overlooking the city and the sea! The outdoor space is so lovely and really sets this spot apart. It’s in quieter neighborhood and feels very local, rather than touristy, and is a block from the beach. Our one complaint is that the bed was extremely firm, so be warned if you like a soft bed!

The location was wonderful. Very close to the beach and the quaint streets of Nice filled with restaurants, shops and boutiques. The bed was a little uncomfortable. (Hard mattress) Ati was wonderful. Easy to communicate with and responds quickly.
