Hosts were very friendly.
Even though you're not right in the centre of L2A, you have a ski lift just in front of the apartment and enough facilities around you (walking to the centre takes about 10min or you can take the bus if you are well-packed). Lovely balcony with a nice view.
The bathrooms were very nice and modern. You have an adjacent parking garage and enough covered parking spots (we had 2 cars and a minivan, and everyone had a spot within 30 meters of the apartment). Overall, we loved the apartment.
Beds weren't very comfortable for an entire week. And the apartment could use an extra couch (we were 10 in total, so you can imagine with 18 people). Other than that, the apartment was great.
