The location of this property is perfect. Great facilities and local amenities.
The property could do with some updating I.e paint work, tightening of banisters and a long ladder in the pool - it was a challenge to get out for one of our disabled family members. At one point the water supply to the house was cut off. Tiago was quick to respond and said this can happen when building works happen close by - it would have been useful to be informed of this beforehand.

House is really big and lovely. Had everything we needed and the games room was excellent. Tiago, the host, was really helpful and quick to respond to any questions.
Swimming pool is freezing - sun only catches the corner of the pool in the morning and then the opposite corner in the afternoon

Villa Marina is in a lovely location with fast, inexpensive travel via Uber into Albuferia and surrounding areas. Villa marina had everything you could need or want.
We took full advantage of what the marina had to offer.
There were a few issues with heating as the villas hot water normally runs off solar power, in cloudy April the solar was not providing enough power and electric boiler wasn’t working, this issue was rectified immediately by their staff, and a heating engineer. We couldn’t have asked for better service.
