The room was very clean, instructions to access easy and friendly communication. I enjoyed the location (very close to the Acropolis), near a metro and a stop, and the availability of shops and supermarkets all around the area. Excellent the luggage storage with a small room at our disposal and bathroom.
Just the ventilation system in the bathroom, perhaps it's not enough.

Big room
Too close to metro station
Too close to centre of Athens
I have been staying at Athens Raise Acropolis Project since 2021, every time I visit Athens. The only things I ask for are clean bedding, a comfortable mattress and good pillows. This time, the mattress was terrible and the pillows were the same. It felt as if I was sleeping on stones. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue.
Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced regularly when they are used by thousands of guests.
Additionally, the base of the wardrobe was broken, with two exposed nails that could easily scratch anyone trying to use the hairdryer or the iron.
