Direkt am Strand in Cayman Kai. Im Patio zentral in der Anlage mit bestem Blick auf den Strand abgeschirmt. Minuten zum Rum Point. Kaibo Yacht Club Bar & Restaurant mit preisgünstigem Essen am Strand oder einem feinen kulinarischen Erlebnis auf dem Balkon im Obergeschoss. Ruhige Anlage, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wir haben diesen Ort vor kurzem gekauft, nachdem wir uns einen Platz auf dieser Seite der Insel für 20 Jahre gewünscht hatten. Hier fliehen die wohlhabenden Kaimanier. Dies ist auch unser Feriendomizil, daher wurde besondere Sorgfalt darauf verwendet, dieses Erlebnis für jedes Familienmitglied angenehm und unkompliziert zu gestalten. Wir gehen gerne am Wochenende hoch, schauen den Kindern beim Spielen im Pool und am Strand von unserem Balkon aus zu. Abends sitzen wir draußen und schauen uns die karibischen Sonnenuntergänge an, während wir Margaritas mixen und frischen Fisch grillen. Kinder spielen Spiele oder schauen sich DVDs / Kabel an. Schritte zum einfachen Essen, Getränke und Wassersport. Extrem sichere und freundliche Umgebung für alle. Unsere jungen Mädchen gehen am Strand spazieren und gehen problemlos zum Mittagessen.

The Ukulele B18 was a comfortable and well equipped condo. The view is beautiful from the screened porch. Maybe getting near the end of the king mattress life but not awful. We had an issue with the air con unit and Mabel was very responsive and was serviced the next morning. Very happy with her communication and quick response. GPS basically told us we were at our location at Rum Point. It was frustrating. I remembered the Kaibo marina and restaurant was next door so we entered that into the GPS and found it right away. We really enjoyed snorkeling excursions with Ocean Frontiers on the East end, snorkeling off shore at Rum Point, Cayman Kai beach and Eden Rock. Restaurant recommendations away from Cayman Kai-Tukka’s, Czech Inn Grill and Over the Edge, all within 30 or less drive. All in all a very relaxing great experience! Would absolutely rent again.

The location was perfect for our family with small kids and grandparents. The ease of having the beach and pool/hottub in our "backyard" was perfect. We walked, kayaked, and drove to Starfish Point on various occasions depending who was joining. Being away from the busier part of the island was a big bonus for us. We rented a car to be able to drive to some attractions we wanted to hit, like the Turtle Center. And took the ferry once to enjoy a noat ride to the other side. The condo was well-stocked with necessities. Overall it was great!

Enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. I would add that bc of its location to the airport, renting a car is a definite plus!

We stayed at this property for a week at the end of May/into the beginning of June. One of the most important things for us is communication from the owner prior to, and if needed, during our stay. Mabel gets 5 stars for this! We rented a car and drove somewhere each day, so we truly used the condo as our home base. We spent very little time at its beach or at the pool. The only cons were that the condo is a bit dated (but it was nicely stocked) and the water right outside the condo was filled with hundreds of upside down jelly fish. Pros- Great location for exploring the island (we rented a car). The only area more than 30 mins away is Seven Mile Beach. Kaibo Yacht Club is right next door. We found excursions that pick up from their dock, so we literally walked 2 mins for pick up. Also, if you want a convenient meal, their beach club is also a 2 min walk from your front door. The traffic on this side of the island is MUCH less than the Seven Mile Beach area. In all our exploring of the North Side and East End, we never encountered any traffic issues. The condo is also a super short drive to Rum Point which is a great place to eat, snorkel and watch the sunset from. Also close is Bioluminescent Bay and the Crystal Caves. This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and we all loved NOT being on Seven Mile Beach. There are just too many places to explore and things to see to be tied to one area.If you are an adventurous vacationer, this is a great area for you to consider.

My niece and I stayed at this property for 10 days, and it was delightful. It was even better than advertised. It has a view of the pool and the beach (including the hammocks!). We sat for hours on comfy chairs on the screened balcony. The condo itself was extremely well stocked with supplies, which added to the comfort of our stay. It is an out of the way location, which was perfect for us. We snorkeled in the water in front of the condo and regularly walked to Starfish Point to watch the sunset. A fantastic stay!

First time to Cayman and really enjoyed it. This is a great place to escape the cold and relax. We liked this quite side of the island away from the crowds and big resorts. The unit had everything we needed including basic seasonings. The host was very responsive to all our questions. Would definitely go back again!

An absolutely beautiful property overlooking the pool and beach extremely family, friendly, clean and safe. I’ve stayed out in the Kiabo area several times. This location is my absolute favourite.
