One of the beds could have been better. The mattress would need to be replaced.

Clean and neat house and rooms; super well located, quiet and state of art interior (while a bit too modern design for this region - does not seem to fit to the area (but that’s a matter of taste)). Super friendly staff taking care of any request raised.
Over priced for what you get. No breakfast option available, opening hours of the reception not adequate for the price you pay.

Sara greeted us with a warm and friendly smile and pleasant greeting. She also made a lunch reservation for us. The hotel has a great location. The modern bedroom and bathroom were large and very clean.

Best location, especially for the restaurants along the canal, including the Michelin star one. You can park the car inside with safe. When lucky, a rental bike available, under free of charge.
Noise from the bar nearby till midnight, so, double window was needed. The bed was too soft for me. Better tell in advance about the payment method for the case of before 9am check-out, due to the staff availability.

Villa Italia was a lovely place to stay, within a short walking distance from the centre and the beach. Staff was very kind.

Superb location . Beautiful restoration of property. Everything works perfectly. Spotlessly clean. Staff delightful. We hope to return next year.

The hotel opened only last year. So, everything js brand new and in a wonderful style. The room is spacy (had the junior suite) and offers all you need. The hotel is located between the beach and the canal - so ideally to explore the city. The hotel offers free bikes, which makes the exploring even more comfortable. The team is very much caring and helped a lot with the late arrival. The hotel will probably open its bar and restaurant soon. Which will increase the experience even further. Really highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing. Still remember the morning we left early October. Having a coffee at the beach in the autumn sun. Had two truly nice days in Cesenatico.
