Had a relaxing time enjoying the sun and coffee on the deck in the morning

This was my second stay at this property. It was a terrific as the first time I stayed. Beautiful, immaculate home in a lovely neighborhood and we so enjoyed the outdoor decks and the pool.

From the initial inquiry to check-out, everything was beyond perfect. Communications with the host were friendly and prompt. The home was immaculately cleaned and everything was in working order on our arrival. Instructions for everything in the house, as well as arrival and departure instructions. were included either by message or in the welcome book. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were so great that we're looking to buy the same ones for our house! The kitchen as well as the rest of the house was well-stocked with paper products, dish and laundry soap, and everything you need to enjoy your stay. There is a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine and an espresso machine! Enough can't be said about the location. The photos don't do justice to the views and serenity of the back yard/deck. With the mountain range in the distance and the golf course in the foreground, all we heard after dusk was the breeze rustling through the trees. A big difference from the suburban Chicago nights we're used to. We spotted tons of birds, a squadron of Javelina, and even a pack of coyotes chasing a rabbit, all from the safety of the elevated deck. While definitely not a great choice to those with limited mobility due to the many stairs and different levels of living and deck space, most should find no trouble getting around the spacious property. We will definitely keep this one at the top of the list if we visit the Fountain Hills area in the future.

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at. The house was nice and very clean, but the outdoor space is what we loved. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

The property is exactly like the pictures. Very nice home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Located about 25 miles north east of scottsdale. No complaints! Stay here if you are in the area.

Great location and fabulous accommodation with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Excellent communication and easy check in process. Spectacular views over the swimming pool and really enjoyed the putting green and wildlife spotting. Enjoyed a couple of rounds on the golf course that surrounds it.

This house was Spectacular! We had everything we needed for meals and relaxing. Pool was perfect temperature and the outside propane fire table on patio was a delight every evening. We would rent this house again! Kristin was a very accessible Hostess.

My family stayed there for five days. We were there for the Mayo Clinic. This house is very close to the clinic and offered a nice place to de-frag after doctors visits. The house is very clean, well-equipped and very comfortable for my family. The pool was fantastic! We will be back.

Our experience exceeded our expectations. The home is even more beautiful in person and it’s the perfect retreat. We LOVED the neighborhood and joked that we’d found “Pleasantville!”

We enjoyed a week of relaxing in this beautiful and comfortable home. Watched a few sunsets from the hot tub. Would definitely stay there again. Easy check in process. Owner easy to contact.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The house was fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking. We cooked our thanksgiving meal and were pleasantly surprised to find a roaster pan! House was clean and was perfect for our stay. Would highly recommend!

Very easy location to get to, close to Target, Safeway or Fry’s if you prefer. Minutes from anything you need. Very short drive to McDowell park for hiking, mountain biking or just a drive through the park. Well maintained house with exceptional amenities. Everything was updated and new, the property was even better in person.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is lovely with every amenity you can think of. Beautifully maintained and room to spread out which is great for a group of 5. Pool and hot tub outstanding. Floaties were great and had air pump available too. Views are breathtaking. Location was great for us. Easy trip to Target, grocery stores or getting to freeways. Kristin was great and easy to communicate with. Everything we t smoothly. Would definitely book again...and hope to soon. Thank you Kristin for sharing your hospitality and beautiful home!!
