Perfect location

Perfect location in the centre of town, near restaurants and bars and near the jetty if you're arriving by boat The host was very helpful in supporting us for activities on the island. I highly recommend snorkelling Our room was ready early which was excellent

Some of the tours recommended were not precise, one stated sunset was included and we came back several hours before

Chefy and the staff were absolutely incredible. I can't say enough when it comes to the fact that they made us feel at home. Everything exceeded our expectations, the location was so central to a ton of attractions, local food spots and a mere 20 steps from the water. The view was beautiful from the balcony. Chefy was so nice. Everyone had a smile on their face, and always spoke to you. We had some great chats with Chefy. I really didn't want to go home. If you're looking for great value for your money, a beautifully clean, bright, open room, and hotel staff that make you feel comfortable like you're at a family member's home, this is the place for you. A little tip for the folks that say this location was "too loud" at night, if you close your bathroom door, you could barely hear a thing. I can't wait for our next visit, and we will most definitely be staying with Chefy again.

There's not one thing I could honestly think of.

-clean room -comfortable bed -well functioning AC -smart tv -centrally located and walking diatance to many restaurants, cafes, bars and touristy area -no need for a golf cart

Nothing but an add on to the room will improve it better -toilet bowl brush and caddy set -chair -water bottle or carafe and also drinking glass

Our host met us on arrival and showed us to our room. He was very friendly and helpful. Great location and coffee shop next door was awesome

One of the beds was uncomfortable with a slope

Superb location just a few steps to the beach and plenty of restaurants around. We we notified that our room was ready ahead of the check in time. That was great as we were able to catch an earlier flight to San Pedro from Belize City. Clear details were provided to access the hotel. You can leave your luggage in the office after checking out. Would stay here again.

Right by the water taxi, clean and neat.

Un pequeño hotel muy céntrico, con habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas! El chico de recepción muy amable, check-in muy fácil, todas las indicaciones muy claras.

La habitación es un poco pequeña y el armario dentro del baño, un poco extraño e incómodo. La ventana a un costado con una vista algo desagradable.

Chefy was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Für uns war die Unterkunft perfekt gelegen, nicht weit weg vom Fähranleger, gleich gegenüber von Amigos Del Mar und etliche Restaurants, Cafés, etc. um die Ecke. Das Zimmer wurde immer super lieb und ordentlich gemacht.

The owner will care about how your time is take time to take to you and help out it’s so safe and the food in Belize is to die for big shouts to my boys at the black pearl and to chefy the owner the guys at the black pearl will do what they can to make sure your stay is good big shout to Danny and Tevin

Nothing it’s beautiful

The property was clean and kept up to par. It’s in a great location but very noisy. I like to sleep so that was my only issue overall great place to stay and it was close to everything!

Noisy neighbors and area

The owner Chefy was awesome. Came down as we were arriving and welcomed me by name ( because we'd just left another hotel who called to tell him we were on our way). The place was clean, rooms were newly redone, and the location was great for walking to local restaurants, gift stores and coffee shops. There was a discount too on booking so by far this was the best price for what we were looking for!

The only drawbacks I'd say would be the noise since you are right downtown and on a main street but not bad unless you like to sleep in. The room was smaller than the previous 2 hotel rooms we stayed in but the price point (a special running on booking) was awesome.

The property was not beach front. however it was located behind the Mayan Princess a tiny hotel. So, maybe 30 steps from the beach?

Great location - right next to the beach and a minute walk to the water taxi. On the other side is the main road with shops and restaurants - everything was so convenient! Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, very nice building in a safe area. Enjoyed my visit!

Chefy, the owner, was one of the best hosts you could as for. He had answers to any questions and got back to you within minutes. He can help with restaurant recommendations or point you towards a trusted and fairly priced golf cart rental company. Anything we needed or any concerns were addressed immediately and without any hassle. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms we were using were used for sleeping and dressing, so the space was perfectly sized. Now if you are looking for more than that you might be looking for larger rooms although the common area and balcony was pretty much our own, as there are only 2 rooms on the second floor. Nice patio set out front, secured doors, and the staff were up early, keeping the place spotless. This location is right downtown San Pedro, which is a busy place, warning-almost never quiet - but the rooms seemed to cut us off from it all, and falling asleep was never an issue. Overall, it is probably one of, if not the nicest place in the heart of San Pedro.

Any concerns we had were addressed directly with the owner and were changed/fixed immediately. Therefore, there is nothing else to say because it has been changed for future patrons. Ex: Do not disturb signs to hang outside rooms. When asked, we were shown confirmation of them sent out and to arrive in the mail.

The rooms were clean and comfortable Patio was a lovely shared space. Location was only three minute walk from water taxi. Chefy is an excellent host and will help in anyway he can.
