Overall our stay was very nice. We had issues with the hot tub but it was resolved quickly!! Wasn’t a big fan with the electric stove, front burner wasn’t working, if the pan was light it would turn off! Hot water heater had to be adjusted because it wasn’t getting hot enough, but they came right out and fixed this problem! We left swimming goggles and swim toys for the next families to enjoy!! Can’t wait to go again. The house is prefect for my family!! Game room was a Huge Hit!!!

This property was amazing, exactly how it was pictured. My family and I had a great time. I would recommend this property over and over again. David was super responsive and check in/out was smooth. Can't wait to go back again.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Certainly enough room for a family of 15. The younger children spent so much time in the pool. It was close to all amenities. Would definitely recommend this property.

There were some good and bad experiences staying here. The first thing that went wrong was that the code they gave us to get in did not work and then the lockbox key did not fit the door either. They finally gave us a code that worked. I feel like the game room is the main attraction other than the pool and there were issues with that as well. The pool table was broken and unlevel and they attempted to fix it with putting cardboard underneath which did not work. The pool sticks were broken so they brought new ones but they didn’t have the felt on the end just hard pice. The bunk beds were cracked in some places, the basketball hoop on the game was bent as well. The house seemed to be nice but if you look the paint is chipping and in multiple places, the floor is separating upstairs, the included utensils are falling apart, the pool screen doors do not lock. The hot water is barely there and to take a shower I had to turn it to the hottest setting and the pressure is not good. The company did try and fix a couple things like unclog a drain and fill the pool but obviously they cannot fix the overall house condition. The gate closest to our house was broken our whole stay so we had to go through the furthest gate to get in and out. The good things were that it was a good distance from Disney and other shopping, the clubhouse is nice, and the pool and hot tub were in good condition and were heated for our stay (extra charge). I probably will not be staying with this company again
