On the negative side; the hot water was a problem in the upstairs showers. The towels were found the 2nd day still in the dryer. A couple bugs in the kitchen, and most remote controls did not work. Had to share the working remotes.

My communications with property management was very poor. Our neighbours had running water but we didn't. At asked at the pool office if Mrs. Zepeda lived in the complex and was told that she did not. Because of the lack of communication, we were also without the use of the oven in the unit for 10 days.

We were very pleased to find the property is a short walk to the best local beach. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again

We loved the house perfect for big groups, super clean and great private location, makes you feel secure. Also close to the main attractions in PV. The communication with Hugo and Griselda was always cordial and on time. I will definitely book with them for my next trip.

It was a very nice home. This is the second time we use the same property. The hot tub still doesn't work but overall great location, within a safe community and comfortable.

We would return but with a better understanding of how it works so less frustrations.

We enjoyed our stay at Hugo's residence. It was spacious, close to Wal-Mart, the beach, shopping and a cute little bar at the corner. It was nice for all of our family (wide range of ages) and easy to find from the airport. Hugo was very responsive and kind in each of our communications and flexible when we had to change dates. We loved the home-atmosphere and the ability to have our kids come and go. It was fantastic to have the washer and dryer available as well as a full kitchen to cook. Our only suggestion was to have additional towels in the bathroom (we ran out and washed frequently as there were not enough for each person). Just a suggestion for anyone staying would to have on your initial email to remind others to be prepared to buy dish soap, paper towels, extra toilet paper and garbage sacks. We arrived late and with so many of us needed these items right away. Those staying in a home for the first time might not know those would have limited quantities at the house. The areas is very safe, and the security is amazing and very kind. The pool security was strict and we did not have an easy time entering as she stood next to our chairs the entire time we were in pool, which made us feel a bit awkward. We ended up just spending time at the beach which is very close. The pool attnendant also told us there was not wi-fi for use. We did find out how to use it at a later time from the office manager. Otherwise, it was a very amazing stay and hope to stay again. It is perfect for families, large groups of friends or families with young kids! We loved it!

The house is located very close to the beach. It also has several shopping options in walking distance. The house itself was big and had plenty of space for all 15 of us. It had all the amenities needed. Plenty of towels, a fridge, dishwasher, dishes, and washer and dryer.Mrs Graciela was awesome very wonderful lady. We had a great experience and felt very comfortable.

We stayed in Puerto Vallarta for 4 days and 3 nights. We met with family at the home and arrived at different times. The management was very flexible with our arrival time as my sister in law arrived really early in the morning before anybody else. The home had plenty of space for everybody and was right next to a Walmart which was really convenient since we did not have a car. There were board games for the kids, but they spent most of the time at the pool when we were at the house. The owner was really helpful if we had any questions or concerns. He responded via email really fast which was great. It felt like he really cared about my family having a great experience with the house and the city. He left us some suggestions about things to do nearby which was really helpful because we have never been there before and didn't really know where to go besides the beaches. Overall we had a great experience both with the property and the communication and flexibility with the owners and the manager on site.

Great property to stay at! Great amenities and very safe location. Wi-fi in the pool area was a plus for the teenagers in our group. Mrs. Graciela was so helpful and walked us through the house! We had everything we needed and the house was very clean. I would def stay here again. Short drive away to the Malecon and most grocery stores are within walking distance.

My family & I enjoyed ourselves very much! The house had enough space for all of us . The pool was convenient & so were all the locations near us .

My family and I really enjoyed the place. It's clean, comfortable and near 2 large grocery stores and the beach. Our only concern was the Internet connexion. We would have preferred having a router inside the house rather than having to walk to the pool every time. Also, the connexion was slow by today's standard, short-range and was even down after supper. The spa wasn't functioning (not a problem for us), but instead of repairing it, I suggest to replace it with a small garden.

The house was nice but lacked WiFi. The pool area was restricted by the OHA within the gated community. WiFi was only available at the pool.

We enjoyed our time at Hugo’s home. He was very accommodating for early check in and any problems or questions we had. If you get a chance go to the Market down the street from Sams Club. Great fresh produce, flowers and lots of shops. We enjoyed a lovely Italian meal at San Pietro, across from the main Market.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hugo's beautiful home. The home was in a safe gated community, near stores and shopping mall. The house was clean and was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We would rent this house again for our next family vacation, and we would also recommend to our family and friends.

The house was exactly as pictured.Great location - close to mall, groceries and bus. Large enough for a larger family. Very quiet and secure. Grounds very well maintained. Enjoyed our one month stay. Will return for sure.

We stayed at this house for two weeks in January 2017. We couldn't have been happier with it. It met all our needs. It was close to everything and is in a gated community. There is a Sam's Club and a WalMart around the corner and the buses are right in front. We felt very safe. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Our 10-year old grandson had fun in the pool. The beach is a short walk away. The house itself is very roomy. It was clean and well maintained. Nice bright kitchen with a big island. Master bedroom and ensuite are on the main floor and the three other bedrooms are upstairs, along with a delightful balcony where we played cards at night. Overall, this house and its location made our vacation very memorable. We may try to rent it again next year! We would definitely recommend this property. One important note - Mr. Hugo Gomez, the property owner, was wonderful to deal with prior to our arrival. Any questions we had, he responded immediately. Thank you so much, Hugo!

Hugo was amazing from start to finish! The house was perfect and comfortable for our family of 10. Nicely furnished with cool neighbors. We could easily walk to all of the tour destinations or to a bus stop for public transportation. We had the vacation of a lifetime this week, and the ease of renting this property, its location, and size made it all the better! We are already planning our return trip!
