Casa Cook El Gouna - Adults Only

Beautiful hotel with a very relaxing atmosphere and stylish design. We loved our room, the beach area and the overall setting. The staff were lovely, welcoming and always helpful. Having the Duotone kitesurfing centre directly at the hotel was also a huge plus for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The only real downside was the soundproofing between connecting rooms. We had very noisy neighbours for part of our stay and could hear absolutely everything through the connecting door. Better sound insulation would make a real difference.

All staff are very decent, especially Mustafa and Jermeen at the reception! Also, the breakfast is soooooo yummy!! Loved it!

The property was beautiful, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and overall we enjoyed our stay

The main issue was the overall standard of cleanliness and the slow service. Housekeeping was not thorough, and the room did not always feel properly cleaned. Most importantly, the private pool in our suite was not cleaned during our stay, which was disappointing considering it was a key feature of the room. We also noticed some hygiene concerns with certain staff members, including noticeable body odor. The service was also quite slow, and requests often took longer than expected. Overall, more attention to cleanliness, staff hygiene, and service efficiency is needed..
