Purana Suite Ubud

I had such a wonderful experience at Purana Suite! I initially booked just one night during a day trip to Ubud, but I loved it so much that when I returned to Ubud, I decided to stay longer, and it was definitely the best decision! Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Ubud, this was by far my favorite. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always easy to communicate with. As a female solo traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained, and the entire hotel had such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It truly felt like a little oasis. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! And be sure to add breakfast to your stay it was gourmet 10 out of 10 no complaints and they even bring it to your room!

We stayed at Purana Suite Ubud for five days and had a wonderful stay. It is a beautiful, small and peaceful hotel. The staff are extremely friendly, attentive and always happy to help. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception were very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. The same goes for the staff at the bar and in the restaurant. A special thank you to Fitri, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. She was always available, answered all our questions, explained many things to us and made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much, Fitri! Although the hotel is located directly on the road, the rooms are surprisingly quiet. The pool is clean and the whole hotel is very well maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Purana Suite Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay in Ubud. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

I did not like that one of the chairs on the terrace/balcony was so worn out and sagging that it was no longer possible to sit on it comfortably.

Excellent service, great staff (all the way from reception to the restaurant), very good restaurant. Special thanks to Mr. Wayan who made our tours very enjoyable and informative.

Located on a very busy street (expectedly from near Ubud center)

Huge bed, staff very nice and speak good english.

No sidewalk when exiting hotel. Breakfast is ok at best, we left it half eaten 2/3 times. Toilet seat was old and not very clean. Toilet paper is the cheapest possible.
