Poor customer service. Facilities are not provided well

Big and clean room.. good beds. Good location too.

We were made to wait for more than half an hour even though we reached after the official check in time. Staff were not cordial.Wifi was not working. Extra bed was requested and paid for and they brought only the cot and put a blanket over it.Had to call them again to bring mattress. Bathroom lock was broken.

Punctual and very polite staff, they helped me with everything I needed.

There is an ant problem, however the staff will quickly address it when needed.

So the room is really good. Furniture is good, beds are comfy, washroom and everything is good. The water heater in the washroom also works well. Although the first room I went to had a bad AC, they changed me to a room with a good one. One of the best things is that the restaurant food is great. The staff brings food to your room when you make an order. Check in and check out is also very easy and fast. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend this place.

The only issue I had was ants. Yes, the room had ants. Lots of them. They are even on the bed. I tried removing them but they keep coming back. And I'm not talking about those innocent ones. I'm saying those small ones that come and bite you. I dnt know if it's the case with all the rooms but room 206 sure had lots of them. But for me it wasn't a big issue, maybe it might be different for you so do check the room you get. And I hope the hotel will deal with this issue.

Clean spacious rooms with AC and hot water. Good location and excellent staff attentive to our needs and requests.

The hotel is in a great location, has good access to all the attractions. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Rooms are well maintained, neat, and comfy.

The location is nice and good walking neighborhood - 10 mins walking from attractions. The room was fine with a small balcony. Faced an issue with the hot water, and the staff were helpful.

basically they’re bear minimum of service, owners are not Sri Lankan, it was evident the way they was talking, they claim to have room service, but then they say they don’t, I had two tea bags and two coffee pouches, and they ( hotel management) allocate rooms Sri Lankan deferent and tourist deferent, it is total farce, in the morning I told them about charging me for two dishes, guy at front desk just smile hotel is like a real Indian look to it

Nice stay

We stayed here at the start of our trip in Sri Lanka and stayed again at the end as we really liked it. Lovely big room - very clean. Huge big comfy bed. We paid for breakfast one morning which was delivered to the room and was great for the price. Staff are super lovely and attentive. Had some issues with the WiFi but once we told staff they fixed it straight away.

Location is a little far out but only a 15 minute tuk tuk into the centre which we felt was fine for the price of the hotel.
