We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were plenty and comfortable, with all the essentials provided. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Feel like home. My children are really like bunk bed.

We have a lot of belongings, so it's not very convenient for us to carry them up the stairs.

It was very neat, we had a choice of the bedroom that could house the 4 of us as well as the futon beds. Very spacious, the kitchen had everything and the owner even provided welcome chocolates and sweets for us!! Really love the accommodation and it was our favourite. We were confused about the hot water bath halfway but the owner came within 5 minutes to help us!! Very efficient and fast. Also, he provided free Netflix to watch and we enjoyed our 3 nights there. Would definitely book this accoms if we’re back at Matsumoto. Was a short 8 mins walk straight from Matsumoto station with a 7-11 just across the street

Nothing, everything was great

Location was very handy to the station and city centre. Lots of space and pretty much everything provided. However there is a lack of comfortable seating.

Lack of comfortable seating.
