Es un hotel bonito, con habitaciones bonitas y camas muy cómodas, el estilo que tiene es único

Nunca vinieron a limpiar la habitación, está muy mal ubicado el hotel, la relación del precio calidad no es buena; además en ningún momento hubo cosas para colgar tu ropa o poder plancharla

Its an intereproperty

This is definetly not a place to go if you want to rest or enjoy the hotel. It is one of those hotels that people get married and get drunk, just fall aslpeep and leave on the other day! Staff is not prepared to receive people. No help is available to carry luggage. They don’t explain anything about the hotel and our room was in front of the hotel general toilets right by the side of the reception. When we got there looked closed and we had to call the reception so they would open a gate. The hotel is in the middle of a very cheap part pf town. We left to another place right away! The room is smaller than it looks in the photos!

Beautiful grounds and hotel

I had booked and confirmed the Presidential Suite over a month ago for a “special “ weekend. When we arrived, they said we could have this suite only for the first and last days of our 4 night stay; we would have to move to a lesser category room for the 2nd and 3rd nights. I suppose we were bumped because someone more important than we are asked for the suite after our confirmation. We spent the first night at the facility, but then went to the Holiday Inn Suites for the rest of our stay.

Staff was wonderful, friendly and super helpful. Exceptional service. My go-to place in Leon.
