Super Lage, tolles Bett, sehr gute Kommunikation mit sehr netten Gastgebern , sehr sauber

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Master Suites in Rhodes Old Town! The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, and all the main attractions, making it the perfect base to explore the beautiful Old Town. What truly made our stay special, however, was Yorgos and his outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. He kindly met us at the taxi rank to ensure we arrived safely and helped us with our heavy luggage up and down the steps, which we greatly appreciated. Yorgos made us feel at home with his kindness, care, and genuine willingness to help. His hospitality made such a difference to our experience, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us. We would highly recommend Grand Master Suites to anyone visiting Rhodes, not only for its fantastic location but especially for the exceptional service provided by Yorgos. He is a real credit to the property, and we would happily stay here again! Thank you, Yorgos, for making our stay so special! ❤️

Yorgos collected me from the airport, helped me with my luggage and lots of helpful local information. He could not have been nicer . Room was spotless , location amazing and loved the decor. Selection of cold drinks and fruit and cake much appreciated!

Location was good

It had terrible steps to the bedroom. No fresh milk in fridge for coffee or tea. Would be handy for late arrivals. No Kettle.
