Beautiful location in Elounda with lovely grounds. Generally the staff were all very helpful - reception, housekeeping, concierge. The breakfast choice was excellent.
Young lady at breakfast needs a bit more training (service with a smile!); seemed grumpy both mornings. Coffee was served at the table, but not tea (why? - get it yourself was the response).
Bathrooms need updating (bath too small to have proper shower) and a small bedside stool next to the bed would have been useful.

WE had a beautiful room
We were very unlucky with the weather and it was torrential rain and storms for the one week that we were there.
The breakfasts were not well orgnised - people had to queue for up to 20 minutes to get a table. Not enough tables for people around 9-10am and DEFINITLEY not enough staff to help with coffee's and laying tables etc,

A very nice resort, friendly staff, a wonderful breakfast, and an excellent beach.
The spa is very low quality, the pool is not heated, the sauna is very small, and everything else comes at an additional cost. It feels quite unnecessary and is a shame, because a proper spa would have elevated the resort significantly. There is also a lack of attention to small details, such as providing enough towels and ensuring the comfort of the
guests.
The activities listed in the program do not really take place as advertised, and the ones that do are of a rather low standard.

The facilities by the book and the sea. And the food was amazing in the 3 restaurants on site.
We paid a significant amount for an apartment with a private pool- was pointless as tho patio area around the pool was 100% in the shade 24/7.
Vert strange design as the shower and toilet were in the same cubicle!

"Das wunderschöne Zimmer mit Blick über die Bucht, am kleinen Felsstrand kann man sehr gut schnorcheln. Es wird alles über eine App geregelt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt."
