The location was perfect, it was a 5 min stroll to the beach or to the shopping area. You could walk along the beachfront up to Puerto Del Carmen, But a taxi will take you there for less then 10 euro. The Villa itself was the perfect size for us, we were a family of 4. The WIFI was very strong, which was perfect for 2 teenagers. the TV had plenty of English channels. the Spar is close, less then 2 mins away, has everything you need. Carolina the host is so helpful. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble for her. She came in on a Saturday to store our bags as we had a late flight, and came back, organized a taxi and waited with us until the taxi came. She was lovely.

the only thing I can say I didn't like was the wind at night. lol. So nothing to do with the Villa or location.

Villas Salinas was a fabulous place, with a great pool. Paying the extra 10euro a day to have the pool heated was well worth it. Staff were excellent and very helpful. When we asked for a smart tv Caroline changed it as soon as she could. Wiifi excellent.It is located in a beautiful quiet part called Matagorda that has alot of restaurants and bars within walking distance.. Visited with my husband and three children who loved it. Would definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

great host, good location , peaceful not overlooked .

The villa is quite dated , the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Shower needs changing, the oven is dated with no markings on hob controls . Kettle and coffee machine need updating.

We loved the villa, it in a perfect location, close to the beach, shops and really great restaurants. We had the pool heated for our stay and the kids loved it. Carolina is an excellent host and is extremely helpful and friendly, she sells large bottles of water for only €1.40(ish), so you don't haven to carry these back from the shops. We would definitely love to return!

The location was perfect. The villa was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable as was the sofa. It had all the kitchen appliances/utensils/pots/pans etc... that we required. The pool was a good size. The staff were extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful. No car was required as so many places could be reached by foot or by bus, the bus stops were a 2 minute walk from the villa. We have already booked the villa again.

Close to shops supermarkets and restaurants. Like the privacy. Staff don’t bother you but are there to help in any way they can. Villas have been nicely updated. Have stayed here a few times. Can’t fault it.

Villa was amazing, perfect location and Caroline the manager was brilliant, nothing to much trouble for her. Have already booked for next year and can't wait to return.

The privacy and space

I can see why these are so highly rated. We had a lovely 3 bedroom villa, very spacious and comfortable. Nice bathrooms with natural light. The pool was heated, had an easy to use cover and the terrace was very spacious with plenty of sun loungers. Our terrace even had a sea view which we weren’t expecting. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee sitting out in the sun by the pool. Absolutely perfect, would definitely recommend. Carolina couldn’t have done more for us. She even contacted us before arrival with the Spanish guidance re antigen testing as well as PCR. Her English was great and communication was so easy. Thank you!
