The room and ammenities were extremely clean and great value for money. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to the centre of town. Deep who dealt with our booking was excellent. Helped us out enormously and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Our thanks to Deep once again.

Can’t really think of anything.

The lady and young son who managed our complaints were quick to respond in person but there was nothing they could do regarding the issues. The layout and spaciousness of the apartment was quite adequate for our purposes. I like the sound (a possible platitude) that the property intends to put in a StarLink connection but was told that can't go ahead until the building's roof is either fixed or strengthened. Actually, it's near impossible to understand the Staff's English on this or any other subject but they have lovely smiles and seem serious about listening carefully to every problem.

We were only two people in their most expensive accommodation, namely the "Three Bedroom Apartment" which cost us around $275 per night over 5 nights. That's a very high figure for Coonabarabran. Sadly our apartment was, for the most part, both grubby and shabby. The woodwork in particular was dirty and damaged. However the kitchen and bathroom were thankfully better than the rest of the apartment. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The Lawns and gardens are severely neglected. There was no internet, streaming television or Foxtel. And although we had paid for five nights we left after three because we were very unhappy with the total experience.
