It was perfect for us as a couple. Stairs were a small challenge but there are stairs in every apartment in Rome

Great location in central Rome. Best restaurant we found was just 2 doors over with excellent food, service and prices.
Walking was very easy to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.
Communication with the owner was a bit difficult using booking.com. Pier wasn’t very helpful in explaining things to an older couple who were not “Romanian”. The bag drop 30 meters from the door was more like 300 meters and was out of service when we finally found it. Ended up with a 60 euro bar tab waiting for 3pm check in.
The 40 steps up to the 2nd floor took a bit of the convenience value out of the overall experience.

The location of this place was great, it is very large and spacious. Great shower and AC works well.
The bed and pillows smelled a bit weird and were not very comfortable. Loud people in the hallways at night till late hours occasionally.
