From beginning to end, our stay exceeded expectations. The location was perfect. The home was well appointed, had amazing amenities, and was spotless. The property manger was wonderful, and consistently available with clear communication.

This home was absolutely perfect for our winter weekend getaway w/ friends. The home is clean, beautiful, very well appointed and in an excellent location just a block or two of easy walking from downtown South Haven and the waterfront. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry on both the 1st and 2nd floors, and the swim spa was awesome. The host, Susan, was exceptional in her communication before, during and after our stay. We'd rent this home again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay. The house has a nice layout for gathering. It was very clean and nicely up to date. We were snowed in all weekend and still had a great time with lots of games and entertainment options in the house. The location would be fantastic in the summer! Would definitely stay here again!

We were looking for property that would fit our family for a Christmas gathering and were very excited to find this property. Only have positive things to say. Communication with owner was excellent, property was just as described and swim spa and theater room were a big hit. The home was even decorated for the season. Property was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend.

Book it before you regret it!! This property is beyond amazing and so is the host. Very responsive and tentative, from beginning of stay, throughout and after. This location is perfect and close to everything. Something for everyone to do from ages 2 to 50. Holiday decorations, cleanliness, modern, and lets not forget the swim spa and theater. Comfortably sleeps 12 and enoigh space that you're not bumping into each other. I would recommend this property and definitely plan to stay here again!!!!!!!!

All 12 of us had a wonderful time. It had room for us all to spread out when needed and also places for us to gather. We took full advantage of the theater room with watching movies and kids playing video games on the projector. We kept ourselves busy with the games and spent time relaxing in the evenings in the spa. There is lots of room in the kitchen for preparing meals for 12. The host was fast with communication and very helpful. We would definitely rent this house again.

We kicked off the Christmas Season with a weekend away with family! We were looking for a place to get away and have some quality family time and this house was the PERFECT getaway!!! Not only was the house BEAUTIFUL (even better than in the pictures), and not to mention festively decorated but it was full of things to do! The kids enjoy all the toys, games and puzzles. And we all enjoy the awesome game room, movie theater room and hot tub! The kids all thought it was pretty special to swim outside in December! We forgot my daughters water wings which was no problem because the house was stocked with life jackets and water wings! Literally everything we needed was there. And the icing on the top was the host was Absolutely amazing! She touched base with us before our arrival to see if we needed an early check in or late check out. Touched based during our stay and after went above and beyond for us when my parents forgot some items. This house is within walking distance to downtown South Haven which was also a lot of fun! Overall I can’t say enough great things about this property and the host! 5 stars all around!

This South Haven spot was an excellent location for our friends getaway this fall. We had seven adults and two young kids with us and everyone was delighted with the accommodations. There was plenty of room for activities, eating/cooking, and hanging out. I loved that there was a living space on every floor. On top of all that everything was so fresh & clean! The location is perfect for walking into downtown South Haven and to the beach. Can't recommend this place enough!

We had a beautiful Fall stay at this home for a girls weekend. We enjoyed time in the swim spa, watching a move in the theater room and enjoyed a short walk to downtown and the pier. Great location, clean, comfortable, spacious!

We are a group of 7 friends from college who gather every year someplace different. This year marked 49 years of friendship. The location of the home was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and the house far exceeded our expectations!! It is so beautiful and clean and Susan was wonderful to work with. We found the home to be the exact match as described on VRBO; it was large enough, very clean and in excellent proximity to the Lake and the city center. My 3 granddaughters particularly liked the movie room in the basement as they got to watch Rio 1 and Rio 2 streaming from our Disney account.
I highly recommend this home to any large group wanting to take a few days off and just chill.

Bedrooms with bathrooms have so much privacy for everyone. Location to restaurants for meals when we didn’t cook, was perfect. Laundry rooms on two floors were a plus. Spa pool such a nice option after day at the lake. We’ve been coming to South Haven for years & this was by far our favorite house. Communication with owner was great.

Beautiful house with lots of amenities! We recently spent a week and found it to have plenty of room for 5 adults and 7 kids ages 15 and under. The house was very clean and was well thought out in terms of layout for vacation rental. The two laundry facilities were a nice bonus as well as all of the recreational options in the basement (ping pong table, air hockey....entertainment/movie room). We also appreciated the screened-in porch to spend our evenings. The house is around the corner from the downtown area, which made the beach walk a little longer, but still very doable. We very much enjoyed our stay and booked again for next year!

The house was clean and just like the pictures. The swim spa was perfect and the location couldn’t have been better. We were just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. We were in walking distance to cute shops, restaurants, farmers market and coffee shops. Host was great!

Our family had a wonderful 2 week vacation at the lake. Both South Haven MI and this house are absolutely charming. This property was perfect for our group. We were so lucky to find a house that suits children of all ages (including infant/toddlers) and the adults too. House highlights - perfect location easy walk to the beach and town, ample amount of supplies (dishes, appliances, high chair, pack & play, coffee maker/ Keurig, baby gates) and activities (puzzles, games, indoor toys, beach toys), 2 washer/dryers, spacious rooms, great parking, screened in porch, movie/game room and of course the swim spa! The owner is also really great to work with. Would highly recommend this property and hope others enjoy as much as we did.

Our extended family had a lovely week in this beautiful home! Two main floor bedrooms are helpful for those needing to avoid stairs. Peaceful front porch and useful screened-in back porch… Such a great home for young children- tons of toys, puzzles/games & outdoor toys available; added bonus with the game tables/theater room in basement! Awesome swim spa. Everything with the property is well-maintained and the owner is very responsive. Around the corner from town, close to beach and we loved walking to the coffee shop each morning!

I took all of my Grandkids age 6 to 20 to Michigan for their first time. This rental is really set up perfectly. The number of bedrooms and baths was ideal. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The location was only a 2 block walk to the downtown and the beach was within walking distance as well.
We loved the swim spa. We used it every night.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need.
The owners were very good to work with. I would return here!

We had a wonderful long weekend at your home in South Haven. It was clean, very spacious and had everything our family needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The games/puzzles were perfect for the little ones and the swim spa was perfect for the older family members. The location was perfect too, close to downtown restaurants/bars, farmers market and the beach. The host’s communication was excellent - would definitely recommend!

I have stayed at other VRBO properties, but this is by far the best property I have stayed at. This home is stunning! It is very clean, spacious and offers something for everyone in your group. The location of this property is perfect. It is within walking distance to just about everything.
I will choose this property for any return trips to South Haven. I truly cannot say enough "good things" about this property and our stay there.

This house and spa were an amazing getaway for me and some friends. We loved all the rooms and bathrooms, which for girls is a must. The swim spa was so nice and easy to use and put away. The house has everything you could need and was so nice to be in walking distance of going downtown

We had a great mini spring break in South Haven! House was perfect for our two families. So much to enjoy right at the housebut also within walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops in town. The swim spa, game room and theatre room were enjoyed by all of us! Host was beyond helpful and prompt in responding. Definitely would come back.

What an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and very clean. We had all of the amenities we could possibly need. The kids and adults both enjoyed the game tables, swim spa, and theater room. The location is perfect, just around the corner from downtown and a short walk to the beach. Quick communication and flexibility from the property manager. This home was very clean, well stocked, and very welcoming. It is a very short walk into town, which was perfect. The game room and hot tub were great additions for the bigger family.

We had a great time over winter break at this house! It was walking distance to ice skating, sledding and the shops in town. The fire in the living place was a toasty treat and the heated seats in the theater room were awesome! 9 of us easily enjoyed the hot tub and it was so nice, even on the coldest days. Susan was extremely responsive whenever something came up. Everyone from my 3 year old niece to my 76 year old dad had a fantastic stay! We would definitely stay here again.
