Fuji Matsuzono Hotel

It was well located, we had the view of Mount Fuji from the room, there are restaurants around the hotel and a lake right in front! Plenty of good view

That the coffee machine was down at the lounge for the two days that we were there.

The facilities is a bit old. Spider web just need to clean up more frequently in summer days

The room was spacious and very comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breathtaking sunrise overlooking the lake, it was the most beautiful sunrise I’ve ever seen and something I’ll never forget. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, especially when they helped me with my luggage. I also loved the location. The hotel is directly in front of the bus stop, making it very convenient to access without having to walk far. Being right in front of the lake made the scenery even more relaxing and enjoyable.

The only minor downside was the selection of complimentary bathroom amenities. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, there were fewer toiletries available. They only provided the basic essentials, so I think offering a wider variety of amenities would make the stay even more comfortable for guests.
