Hosts went out of their way to accommodate my mobility issues. They provided prompt transportation to and from bus station , airport and port.
The area felt a bit isolated for walking to things

The location was excellent.
The staff were really helpful, they did everything I asked for, in a very friendly, pleasant manner.
I wouldn’t say I did not like it, but was a bit of a disappointment. There is a pool, but it is not a swimming one. Only small children would benefit from it.
The shower head is positioned in such a way, that you cannot avoid making the floor wet.
The mugs are fine for cold drinks, but they have no handles, so having a nice hot cup of tea is difficult.

Casa Nostra ticked all the boxes, from first communication to departure. The hotel layout is stylish and really well considered, it’s in a great location. The food is excellent and the staff are some of the most welcoming and professional I’ve met. Every day someone went over and above, exceeding my expectations. I think this might be because it is an independent hotel. People here really care about the experience they are providing. It would be my only choice in Palermo.
Very little to comment on here. The hotel layout can be slightly confusing to start with, so maybe some more signage would be useful but it’s a niggle. When I arrived, the duvet seemed to have some hard bumps inside it but this was immediately replaced. Sometimes noise from the courtyard was intrusive but I had earplugs and it was fine. Overall I was delighted to be staying at Casa Nostra.

Location and breakfast. Both were excellent
No information about Palermo or the hotel at all.
Drawers didn’t open in chest in bedroom.
Interior of hotel was very beige and quite cold in parts.
