The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are strictly basic sleeping and washing, there is really no space to work and no in-room telephone. Having said that all I really had to have was sleeping and washing facilities so it was OK.

avoid this place. people on the reception try to scam you about the price

Nice clean rooms and kind staff

The location is not the best, there is a karaoke bar nearby and inspite of we spend there a monday night they were singing quite loudly till midnight

The rooms are clean and simple and for what you pay excellent value for money. We did have a problem with the mattress being too hard but the manager changed our room immediately the next morning. It’s approx 4K outside of town but fine as we used a scooter. The staff are excellent and very helpful. Great local amenities, restaurants and lovely lively beach in the evenings. Thanks for having us😀

The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room and building was very clean and well ordered. The surrounding area was good if you want to spend time with the locals - there is nothing for the average tourist here. Good cafes, local food, fresh market every morning and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. If you want to be in downtown Da Nang then get a hotel there. The owners rent excellent scooters at very reasonable prices.
