Rajavilla Lombok Resort - Seaside Serenity

From the minute we arrived the staff were welcoming and warm. Our Ocean Suite exceeded our expectations with beautiful views and THE most comfortable bed. We loved it so much we extended our stay and spent all of our 10 days on Lombok there and used it as a base to travel by scooter all over the island. Everything from the infinity pool, yummy breakfast, great restaurant, beautiful barista made coffee to the (much frequented!) happy hour, handy room service and beautiful room refresh every day - we couldn’t have asked for more. It has to be said that the most special part about Rajavilla is the staff - we were greeted by name with a smile by each and every member of the team and were genuinely sad to say goodbye to them all. Special shout out to Putu who showed us so much care and warmth - she is an asset to the business. Rajavilla helped us to the best holiday we have ever had x

Loved it at Rajavilla. Was an our favourite hotel of the trip. It’s just like the photos. Such value for what you pay.

Nothing it was perfect

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly, helpful and attentative. The pool was beautiful. Nice to have a pool to do a few laps in as well as just chill in. Breakfast menu was diverse and tasty

Sweeping the paths start early in the morning about 630am, a minor detail that doesn't detract from the overall experience. Shower temp more cool than warm

What an amazing place. The view from my balcony was 2nd to none. The staff remembered u and bent over backwards to accommodate u. I have problems with my health the stairs were difficult for me. They offered full full assistance in this case. There was a stairway leading to the beach. There was a great pool with pool side service. I was offered a lower room with a pool no extra cost because I had difficulty walking. Value for money I think I would 150 out of 10. So so worth it. Definitely a place to revisit

The cleanliness the view the location and I know it’s normal for staff in Indonesia to be helpful the staff here must be trained. They are thinking all the time how to make yr stay better whoever is running this hotel well done the hotel and yr staff are a credit to u
