Location is great, the owner very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.
Poor breakfast, needs a better kettle. No ventilation in bathroom and the bathroom door didn’t shut. There is only a tiny window and the room is very humid. Air con noisy. Parking is very hard and pricy.

The size of the room and the location is great. Right in the middle of the historic centre of Trevignano Romano.
We were there on a 38c day, there was only a fan so had trouble sleeping. The floor wasn't as clean, there was still dust etc on the floor. We would be happy to stay again, but probably not during peak summer.

The studio was very beautiful and clean with all the comforts. Nice bathroom, great bed and central location. The host and the cleaning lady were very friendly and helpful.
The studio had a humidity problem and sometimes you could smell it. The host was a little late in the preparation of the studio.
