Feliz Hotel Boracay

The hotel is exquisite. We also loved how attentive the staff were to our every need. The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of Station 2. The live music each night and the fire show on weekends were a bonus for us.

The pool area was a bit lack lustre. It was functional but it didn't have a vibe. Surrounding the pool with plants, a few more seating options and serving cocktails in plastic might encourage cocktails by the pool.

The hotel was a great location: close to the west beach, eateries, shops etc. The hotel prearranged transfers from/to the airport, which went very well. Roof top bar and pool were great. Meals too at the hotel were great too.

No blockout curtains. Plantation blinds look great but are useless at darkening the bedroom at night.

Fantastic location, staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and beautifully decorated. We ate in the restaurant 3 times as the food was lovely and special thanks to our waiter Ronald and the rest of the team as they do work so hard to make the hotel a wonderful place to stay at. Room service and house keeping was great too. Thank you Feliz hotel for a brilliant week and we would definitely come back in the future.

Would have liked more healthy options for breakfast such as more variety of fruits. I sometimes find it hard to eat rice, chicken and pork dishes for breakfast. The rooftop pool needs maintenance around the pool area but this didn't affect our stay.

We stayed at Feliz for 6 days and 5 nights and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel looks just like the pictures, and the customer service was excellent throughout our stay. Our room was lovely, with a spacious bathroom, and the breakfast was magnifique, there was a different menu each day, which we really enjoyed. What stood out most was how warmly the staff interacted with guests and how attentive they were. Overall, everything was great from the moment they picked us up to the time we checked out. We would definitely recommend Feliz and would love to come back.

The fitness center could have been better, as a few of the machines were out of order. That said, it didn’t affect our overall stay.
