Angenehme Zimmergröße, sehr gutes Frühstück, in fußläufiger Distanz zum Zentrum.

It was near the train station - walking distance (if you can find the way). Empty fridge you can use. Lots of takeaway food/drinks available in train station. When you come out of the train station look to the right in distance there’s a rectangular arch which is an escalator down. Follow the line of restaurant terraces and you’ll see it to the right. Uploaded photo of entrance to escalator. Name of hotel prominent both sides of building as landmark. Complimentary water, apple in reception
Approach from the front of the building as there were undesirables hanging out near the rear by bridge which was intimidating (solo female). Windows don’t open. For the price, a kettle, no coffee machine/no biscuit is a bit poor in comparison to what others offer for the price. See photo. My request for a room on upper floor was ignored. Given 2nd floor. No explanation given or response given in advance to help make up my mind re booking there or not.

Super Lage. Man ist in ein paar Minuten in der Innenstadt. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Location to city centre and central train station was good.
Despite opting out of the ‘eco’ scheme and leaving our make up our room sign daily we never had any housekeeping attend our room in 3 days. This meant that we had no clean towels or supplies of tea coffee and toilet rolls etc.
I had to attend reception on our final morning to obtain room supplies for myself and my wife with no explanation from reception staff as to why this happened.
At over €220 per night this was very poor service and not what is expected of a 4 star hotel.

"Gemütliches Business-Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Zu Fuß gut vom Bahnhof erreichbar. In wenigen Minuten auch zu Fuß in der City. Schön eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, freundliches Personal, gutes Esse..."
