That there was not dinner available in the hotel you had to go over the road to another hotel. The staff in the bar at the other hotel were extremely rude & unhelpful

the bus driver from the airport was frightening
he went through stop signs..people and luggage were flying all over the bus.
when we complained to the night staff who said she was the manager she did not care..another bus driver was standing there and said he knew who it must be..the young lady who said she was manager was very unkind and basically did not care.your front entrance was taken up by smokers and the smell as you walked in to your hotel was absolutely disgusting

The staff were the best part, they engaged the customer, gave recommendations based on a few introductory questions. What kind of food I might like to eat was available at the restaurant, the best time to go to avoid the rush and simple ideas that were very helpful!
Long bus ride to the location and having to pay to go back to the airport via the shuttle. It was free to come but you had to pay to leave.

Good location from the airport. used the shuttle daily to get to the airport and then from their caught public transport as needed - into Amsterdam and the tulips.
cleaners did excellently job daily
rude staff at the front desk, blamed myself for not being able to book what I wanted because the website didn’t allow me did not listen to me once. really disappointed with our stay for how expensive they charge for a very very basic hotel

great location and easy to get into Amsterdam via the airport with their shuttle. shuttle was on time and pretty quick. lots of coffee pods in the room and front desk staff were very helpful. very quick checkin and great room for our needs. McDonald’s on the parking lot made for a quick very cheap breakfast

The daily service cleaning was excellent. the shuttle bus to the airport is great and can also be used daily if needed to use trains or buses near the airport.
Worst experiences at a Best Western. Attempted to extend stay but no reply from hotel at any stage. So had to make another booking to ensure accommodation as we were arriving late at night. Upon arrival they were very rude to us and did not listen to myself and kept pushing us to take the key and go. it took 3 attempts to explain we wanted 3 nights and they blamed us for having 2 bookings. all messages from the hotel are in Dutch, no English translation for an airport hotel. Very disappointing.
WIFI did NOT work the entire stay.

The free and frequent shuttle from the airport leaves every half hour and takes 7 mins to the hotel. You can take the shuttle to the airport and then the 15 min train ride for 10 euro all day return ticket to the city center

Was refused a room when booking .com had taken my money and confirmed my booking but hotel said they had no rooms even after showing my confirmation email

Nothing, could not use the room
I was welcomed with the front staff unable to find my reservation. They were unwilling to fix the issue (allthough they saw the confirmation and that my card had the amount reserved), the manager (E) was more interested in going home. It was past midnight and the night shift was not able to do anything. They asked to contact booking.com
They then sent me and 2 other guests away with similar issue to the neighbor hotel (full). My travel agency reached out to both booking.com and the hotel, now the hotel told them that the hotel was full. Terrible customer experience, terrible night with little sleep and prime example of leaving the customer behind.

Nothing to like about
2 extremely rude receptionists, such employees are good enough to bring a company down. When we reached their, they swiftly took the payment only to inform us later that the room is not ready. The way it was conveyed by the girl at the reception was unacceptable, and the the wait, after that another accomplice came and said after an argument with us, you either wait or leave, for them this wait was acceptable and no reasons conveyed for not getting the room ready by 2 PM check in time. We were waiting with our old parents and a tired 2 and half year old son, but the receptionist girl said, does not matter, if the room is not ready, I cannot give.
