Fabulous pool, well maintained! Excellent restaurant, with friendly staff.

Some of the staff, were so grumpy. Do they not like the British? The beach was disappointing, grey stones and dirty!

This lovely little place was a find, good value. The info online doesn't make it clear that the beach is literally a 5 minute walk, fantastic with all the beach services you could ever want.

This is not a complaint, just a note: take a beach cap for the pool. Everyone has to wear one. They also sell them there for about 4 euro. Lovely pool, huge.

We booked a family apartment. The only positives were the underground parking and the gardens.

I would NOT recommend this place. The apartments don't have airconditioning (although they are listed by booking.com if you search for places with aircon !?!?) and they are in dire need of renovation (especially the bathrooms). Also cleaning leaves a lot to be desired (unclean dishes in the kitchen cupbard, dusty furniture at arrival) Value for money is NOT OK. On top of that they charge additionally for pool access. In this price range there are far better places on the island. Location is good for the connection to Portoferraio. The beach is not great for swimming/snorkeling. It's full of boats and it's in the same bay as the busy port of Portoferraio.

Beautiful grounds and close walk to the beach

There are several ways this could be improved- Parking was very far away from the rooms despite plenty of nearer car parks. We had a self catered apartment and no basic provisions were available like tea or coffee, shower toiletries etc even though it had said coffee machine available. when we asked for a kettle this was 20 euro deposit. You cannot use the pool - unless you pay 30 Euros which when we were there for just 1 day seemed very high. The main door also did not close properly and had a big gap at the top. If felt like this place has some improvements to match how it markets itself

Unique location inserted into nature, I dream to live in such a place all the year long!

Very nice stay. Away from busy downtown Portoferraio. Swimming pool was very clean and really a sur plus. Overall we really enjoyed and will be happy to come back whenever we’re travelling back to Isola d’Elba.

Due to corona-virus the breakfast was not a buffet. You have to order the day before, resulting in not getting always what we wanted. However no big deal. The staff was happy to help whenever we wanted somethung extra.

Pool was lovely, beach was lovely restaurant was good. Staff at reception were honest when there was misinformation on the website they honoured it.

Apartment was old and not in good shape, very different from the picture and was not cleaned properly. When we arrived there was hair in the bathtub, on the wall in the bedroom and on the floor in the kitchen. When we commented on that to reception. They called the cleaning service back. We came back after cleaning service had revisited, they had wiped the floors but hair in bath and bedroom was still there. When told this to staff they said cleaning staff had checked bathroom and did not see hair so did not clean it! They then suggested cleaning staff returned the next morning. I didnt want to wait that long and asked for cleaning products to clean myself. As I had to do the cleaning I asked that the cleaning staff do not come in the next morning. The following day while we were out I got a call from the manager saying they had been again. when i said I had asked for them not to come after I had to clean, the manager said - better cleaned two times than not, This really affected our stay as we did not feel good in the apartment, even though the beach and the area were lovely. Also, plates and mugs were not cleaned properly some were sticky and some stains. Something to be aware of - during high season the pool is not free for people staying in the apartments!

Amazing pool. Not crowded, very calm and relaxing. Lots of greenery. Great restaurant on site. Very good breakfast. Reserved parking in a garage. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

The bed had an old mattress with some depressions.

Perhaps the extra costs could be clearer (eg you need to buy a swimming cap to use the pool) before you arrive but apart from that everything was superb

We loved our accomodation/room/terasse. Wery comfortable beds, clean apartment and perfect back and front terasse. The swimming pool was very clean. The path to the sea within walking distance. The sea was not very clean but we were traceling around, so from time to time, great.

The kitchen could be stuffed better but anyway we were not cooking as master cheefs, so ok ;-)

The location of the hotel was just great. It's not far from Portoferraio (15-20 by car) and the access to the sea is within 5-7 mins walk. We could have the beds with an umbrella both at the sea and by the swimming pool free of charge. We also appreciated free parking. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and the breakfast was good too!!

The room's facilities and decor are a bit outdated. There is not much lighting in the room. To use the swimming pool we needed to buy the swim caps, which were 5€ each at the reception.

The territory and the place itself is just amazing from the outside. All green and peaceful, very attractive! Underground parking is very thoughtful. There are 2 pools, new and looking good. Check in and check out process was very smooth, thanks for letting us check in early.

We stayed in an apartment 28, close to the baby pool and playground. Very basic and bathroom is begging for renovation with its broken door and useless bath, hard to move in that room in general. The pool - you have to wear a bathing cap! that of course genuinely offered by the property for 5€ each. The man at the pool is rude, while being all alone there at noon he didn’t let to just lay on the sunbed- “only with kids you are allowed to that area”. Big swimming pool - you have to pay extra 30€ per person/ per week to attend it - why not add it to the room rate and not spoil the overall impression? The pool cap is mandatory there too. Restaurant is looking nice but again service is very poor. Got tiny peace of cold mousaka from the fridge that I had to ask them to warm up again. Pool bar that is advertised on the official site to be open till 10 pm is closing already before 6 and everybody need to go to the restaurant to kindly ask to get something from the bar. Ants - everywhere in the kitchen / pool area. Very upsetting experience overall.

Beautiful, completely equipped independent small apartment in the middle of this wonderful residence surrounded by garden of olive trees and the mountain of Elba Island. Close by the sea side. Quite place, personal very kind and helpful. Covered garage was included. It was just perfect!

The location and grounds were very good with the outside areas very well maintained and clean.

The facilites in the apartment were very poor with only the minimum provided , plates, glasses, cups and saucers were not sufficient , cooking was only possible with a stove top and there was no oven or grill, also there was no coffee maker, kettle or toaster. The electrical sockets were an odd size and did not all accept Italian plugs. The WIFI system was strange as it required a different password for each device and phones and tablets etc had to be re. logged in everytime they left the site. The bathroom was very small and inadequate for the advertised 6 person capacity.
