Our stay included a visit to the swimming pool and saunas. The water temperature in the pool was at a minimally comfortable level, but the presence of the sauna compensated for this inconvenience. Our room did not have bathrobes for visiting the pool, it would be convenient for guests who stay at the hotel and visit the pool by elevator from the room. Comfortable lockers for changing clothes are provided for out-of-town guests.

So spa... it is called there recreational centre which is more correct. Small nice pool and a sauna - really good after walking in Krakow all day

It was a great place to stay after visiting Energylandia. The pool was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff were very helpful. Our children had left some belongings in the room, and the staff kindly handed them over to a courier for international delivery.
The room and hallways felt very dated and worn out, and are definitely in need of renovation.
