This is one of the nicest hotels I've been to. Super clean, amazing room, extremely cozy and just an enjoyable quiet and calm experience. The value for money was also very impressive in my experience.
Nothing much really, expect the fact that the town is very hard to commute from and to. That's not the hotel's fault of course. Keep that in mind when traveling, renting a car is going to save you a lot of trouble.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of pittoresk Durbuy, you can walk anywhere in the city, while still enjoying quietness around you once back in the hotel.
The hotel is in a beautiful old building and the room was well designed, with even a little balcony.
We had a room at the top Floor and ik was to hot. There were fans around the bed, but an airco (even a mobile version in summer) should be considered.
There is no elevator, so be careful of what type of luggage you bring.
Staff was friendly upon check-in and during breakfast, but when we wanted to take a drink upstairs after returning from dinner, we felt like we were a burden to the staff.

Top Lage, schönes Zimmer, tolles Frühstück für 20€ pro Person
Nachts war es etwas zu warm im Zimmer, der Ventilator und offene Fenster haben aber geholfen.

Perfect location.
Not at all how it looks on the picture. We had to turn on the shower and bath at the same time for hot water. The sofa was damaged. Everyone could look straight inside.
