Sehr nette Begrüßung in der Unterkunft. Alles ist praktisch aber auch liebevoll eingerichtet. Einfach wohlfühlen ab der ersten Minute.

Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Comfortable and fully equiped apartment. Good restaurant (Zur Klippe) that's part of the apartment complex. 4 (publicly accessible) electric car chargers at Harzresort am Brocken, 600m away.

Restaurant Zur Klippe is currently only open for 3 days a week and requires reservation. Both reception and the restaurant are 90m uphill from the apartment.

big rooms with separate rooms for the kids. ground floor is excellent for kids to play outside.

I would have liked a more frequent towel change

How clean rooms are, the good breakfast en location. Also personeel was very nice despite the language limitation.

My only complain was that not everyone spook English otherwise very excellent service.

Excellent breakfast, great location especially for a hike up to the Brocken peak. Sauna was not open due to Corona but it is a plus. Very friendly staff and the room was always thoroughly cleaned. Definitely a good pick.

The double room lies in the vicinity of the main entrance and reception, this added to the simple entrance door that the room has, makes noises from the rest of the hotel quite hearable inaide the room, especially when you want to wake up a bit later (8-9am) and other people are going for breakfast at 6:30am. Other appartments in the hotel seemed to have better locations and acoustic settings.
