Clarion Hotel Bergen Airport

Location very convenient

The room a little crowded. It’s an airport hotel and we had a lot of luggage

Breakfast is excellent.

Breakfast served is all European variety. No oriental breakfast of sort.

Closest hotel to the airport. 3-4 minutes' walk. Only a small segment is unsheltered.

Breakfast was tasty.

Lack of communication from staff. Light switches not working. On asking for the sofa bed to be made up, we were told two hours later to move rooms as no housekeeping was available. This was at our son’s bedtime. Once moved, lights didn’t work in new room. Nothing was offered initially as an apology for our inconvenience, we had to ask! We were then offered the contents of the minibar, which was extremely kind, but a partial refund would have been nice. The men’s toilets in the reception area were mostly out of use. A 4 star experience, it was not.
