Great location, close to restaurants and metro, very friendly, professional helpful staff. Good pool area, decent breakfast.

The room was hot and stuffy. The air conditioning was centralised and we were unable to control it from the room. Also a plug was detached from the wall, and we could see the wiring. The website listed a coffee machine but there wasn’t one in the room.

Excelente calidad del desayuno y del servicio. Muy buena ubicación, segura y hermoso barrio, cerca de puntos importantes: museos, parques, comercio de bien nivel. Muy agradecidas por sus atenciones.

Fiz uma Reserva para 6 pessoas sendo 2 adultos e 4 crianças ,a acomodação não tinha cama para todos ,as crianças tiveram que dormir no chão em colchonetes, pelo valor o mínimo e que deveria ter cama para todos, um absurdo , além disso o serviço de limpeza estava péssimo, o chão sujo ,o banheiro cheio de cabelo ,sinceramente quero deixar registrado meu total descontentamento com a acomodação e o responsável ,pois não volto mais e nem recomendo essa acomodação . Totalmente insatisfeita .

Considering the price range, everything was generally acceptable and good. Location is central, easy walk distance to most touristic locations and safe neighbourhood. Receptionists understand English which is somewhat rare in Brazil.

Wi-fi signal was low while inside the room when lying on bed, works better when you are closer to the corridor. There is a construction going on next to the hotel so it was a little bit noisy but nothing too much, we were on upper floors so it was bearable and they only work on working hours.

Hotel give me a room without soap. I ask for many times but never received soap. I need to go to supermarket to buy my own soap for shower.

The staff was wonderful.

The breakfast was great lots to choose from.

Someone entered my room and opened up soda and drank from the mini bar and placed the soda in back in the refrigerator. I had to go down and report it to the manager who was great. I asked her to talk to her staff. That was unpleasant unprofessional and rude. If you did it to me them you would do it to another guest. My room was cold and not comfortable. I kept my own room clean and did not trust anyone to enter my room.
