Calme, pas trop loin de l'aéroport international, propreté, literie confortable, petit déjeuner varié. Efficacité et bienveillance de la personne chargée des valises: ce Monsieur m'a bien aidé à résoudre un problème avec le chauffeur qui devait me conduire à l'aéroport, merci à lui!

Everything!! The service was amazing and the food was amazing as well. The pool was always so chill and the music was awesome.

Honestly right now I have a dispute after staying six night I was all bitten by bedbugs. Diagnosed by a doctor they refute to take care of the situation and worst they insist nothing is wrong but have picture

Not clean at all the carpets have mildew and Acarus

It was very clean, excellent beds, A/C works, very modern.

The person at the counter wanted it to change me more than what I paid. He stated that I needed it to upgrade the rooms or otherwise he was going to find another hotel for us. Although I showed him my confirmation and reservation number, he wanted to do an upgrade. I then told him that I needed it to talk to the manager is when he got me the rooms that I paid for.

Me gusta mucho el Barceló. Cuando vamos a la capital nos quedamos ahí casi siempre, a menos q vayamos a otro hotel de la misma cadena.
