The staff was lovely, the room was big and clean, the location was fantastic. The wine garden downstairs was lovely, it had live music when I was there.

The decor isn't particularly creative or fancy. The common areas are small and not amazing.

Nice hotel with nice staff. Perfect location in the center of Sofia and nice price.

Very clean and welcoming, Breakfast was plentiful and quite a variety. The room was a mini suite on the first floor. Had plenty of hot water and heaters in every room with worked well. The mini fridge was well stocked . The hotel is just off walking street with lots of bars and restaurants near-by although you can also eat at the hotel too.There was Lifts to every floor which worked .

Having to leave to say goodbye as they had taken care of us so well . Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay there again .

The hotel is ideally located beside great shops, restaurants and close to the starting point of the “Free Walking tour of Sofia” which is a “must do”. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Taxi to the airport was only €10. breakfast was lovely and the Wine Bar is worth a visit. All in all I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay there again!👍

amazing place and amazing staff.

Good position near the most important street in Sofia, Vitosha blvd. The metro station is close and close are also the important places to see in the city. The staff was really kind and always available for advices.

selection of food lots of coffee, could take my time as it was a buffet

selection of bread, eg Banetza which are so amazing in your country

The breakfast was incredible, not too much to choose from but enough of everything and it tastes jus like homemade food. Every ingredient seemed fresh and cooked with love. The room was clean, comfortable. The staff was really polite, too.

Wi-fi wasn’t super stable. Hairdryer was rather weak. But it’s minor inconvenience, that’s it.

The constant noise of the city entering the room the entire night, meaning it's not well insulated!
