Nice reception, good stuff

The Renovated rooms are good, the beach and pool was good as well.

The staff is not welcoming.

The welcome received by all the staff within this hotel is fabulous. The service you receive from all the staff is excellent. Nothing is ever too much and you only have to ask if you see something that you need. The food in the hotel was a particular favourite this was because the majority of the food is local Tunisian food and they don't necessarily cater for a British market. Before I went to the hotel I had read online reviews and some of these online reviews are very low I can confirm that I don't understand where some of these reviews came from because I can only say nothing but good things about this hotel.

The only thing that I didn't particularly like was breakfast unless you eat pastries then breakfast is going to be limited yes there are yoghurts and and also an omelet but the omelette is only ever a plane omelette with a small amount of cheese they could look at offering other ingredients honey and mushroom peppers and but all in all the restaurants is very very clean and every other meal and the snacks are fantastic If I'm honest the bedroom look dated, the bathroom are great but the bedroom look a little tired and dated. The gym it could do with air conditioning and the equipment would benefit from being updated, but for a holiday gym it was it was perfectly usable - it just needed air conditioning

Die Animation laufen bis spät in die Nacht. Es wäre vernünftig die Animationen irgendwo außerhalb zu verlegen, damit die Menschen die früh schlafen gehen das können. Zweites No-Go ist bei dem Hotel Beschreibung steht Fitness sei zu haben. In der Tat gibt es einen Gym aber für Euro 12.50 pro Training. Das ist inakzeptabel. Viel zu teuer. In Deutschland bezahle ich mein Trainingsmitgliedschaft im Monat Euro 19.90. Noch einmal würde ich hier nicht kommen aus diesem Grund. Drittes No-Go mein Taxi dürfte nicht rein ins Hof um mich abzuholen. Weder mit Auto noch zu Fuß. Ich habe deshalb fast 25 min am Zeit verloren bis es klar war worum es handelt dass mein Taxi nicht kommt. Am Hotel Rezeption haben Sie mir nicht erklärt ich müsse zum Hauptstraße gehen um zu meinem Taxi zu gelangen. Ich habe deshalb fast mein Flug verpasst.
