Small room despite being deluxe room. Breakfast room very small and no ac. One lift was very Tiny other lift you had to wait for.

The location is excellent and very convenient. However, it is also extremely crowded with tourists. Large numbers of people pass by the hotel throughout the day, and the area is lined with numerous souvenir shops, giving it a very busy and commercial atmosphere.

I booked a Superior Double Room at your hotel for €389 per night. Prior to my arrival, I had specifically requested a room on the first or second floor. Unfortunately, this request was not honored. Instead, I was assigned Room 16, located on the intermediate "E" level, between the lobby (ground floor) and the first floor. Although the room was spacious, it fell far short of what one would reasonably expect from a Superior Room. The ceiling was exceptionally low, creating a very cramped and uncomfortable atmosphere. The room was also dark, poorly ventilated, and felt extremely stuffy. Furthermore, the air conditioning system was clearly inadequate and barely capable of cooling the room itself. In addition, construction work was taking place in the inner courtyard. As soon as I opened the window to get some fresh air, the noise from the construction site became very disruptive, making it impossible to relax or enjoy a peaceful stay. Considering the nightly rate of €389, I believe that the quality and location of the room provided were not consistent with the standard expected for a Superior Room. I am therefore very disappointed with my experience and believe that appropriate compensation would be justified. When I checked out, I raised these concerns with the reception staff. The only response I received was a 10% discount. Even after this reduction, I still paid €349 for the room, which, in my opinion, was far from being worth that price. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this hotel. I did not feel valued as a guest, and the overall experience fell well below the standard one would expect from a hotel charging such rates.
